The anti gastric ulcer effects of Xuedan was investigated with gastric ulcer models induced by being immersed in cold water,having pylorus ligature and HAC injected into serous membrane in rats. The influence of gastric juice secrete in normal rats, the anti inflammation action resulted from auricle swelling in mice, the analgesic action by mice body torsion method and the bacteriostotic effect in vitro were observed.

采用大鼠应激性胃溃疡、幽门结扎性胃溃疡、醋酸致胃溃疡等模型观察雪胆提取物抗胃溃疡作用；对正常大鼠胃液分泌的影响；小鼠耳廓肿胀抗炎试验，扭体法镇痛试验以及体外抑菌试验。

Methods Nose were reconstructed with free auricle complex tissue flap with subepidermal vascular net on 5 patients.

应用保留真皮下血管网的梯状耳廓复合组织游离移植修复鼻部分缺损5例，移植物面积0.5cm×0.7cm~1.5cm×1.8cm。

Results:Fufang Nanglixiao Capsule could reduce the degree of tumefaction in auricle,the weight of granuloma and the times of torsion,reinforce the pain threshold.

结果：复方囊立消胶囊使二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度减轻，降低大鼠体内棉球肉芽肿的干重，提高痛阈值。

Anti-inflammation effect was determined by using of auricle tumefaction mice caused by dimethylbenzene.Results Paozhenling obviously decreased the quantity of body wrest caused by acetic acid and the time of biting at foot caused by formaldehyde in mice.

结果 疱疹灵明显降低醋酸致小鼠扭体次数，减少小鼠因甲醛伤害舔咬后足及阴器的时间；本品明显降低所用磷酸组胺总量，提高豚鼠致痒阈；4倍于临床用量的疱疹灵还有一定的改善二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀作用。

脑舒胶囊对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿具有较好的抑制作用。

Results: It could obriourly increase the sex ogaro weight of castrated mice and rats, raise the pain threshold value of heat stimulation, inhitite the mouse auricle tumefaction degree induced by xylol, reduced Evans blue excretion of mouse peritonitis induced by acetic acid.

结果 ：能显著增加去势小鼠和大鼠性器官的重量，提高热刺激致痛反应的痛阈值，抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度，减少醋酸所致小鼠腹膜炎伊文思蓝渗出量。

MethodsThe pain models induced by acetic acid and the hotplate tests in mice were used to observe the abirritation effect of QiXingZhenTongGao,the swellingauricles of mice caused by Xylol and swelling paws of rats induced by dextran were used to observe the antiinflammatory effects of QiXingZhenTongGao.

Methods:Anti-inflammation of XSG was observed by mouse model of auricle swelling and rat model of ankle joint swelling caused by xylol and egg-white respectively,and analgesia was tested by hot-plate caused sole-ache and acetic caused bellyache.Gastric ulcer model rats was duplicated in by Reserpine and Acetate.

采用小鼠二甲苯性耳廓肿法、大鼠蛋清性关节肿法进行抗炎实验观察；采用小鼠醋酸扭体法、热板法进行镇痛实验观察；用利血平、腹腔注射及冰乙酸直接胃壁注射复制大鼠胃溃疡模型，观察香砂六君颗粒对两种胃溃疡动物模型的溃疡指数的影响并计算溃疡抑制率。

RESULTS:The SP and VIP content was evidently reduced in the treatment group compared to the model group; whole blood viscosity of blood rheology index, fibrinogen viscosity and packed cell volume were reduced in the treatment group as compared to the model group, which could evidently inhibit auricular swelling in mice and arthroncus in rats, raise the percentage of pain threshold, phagocytic index and rate of celiac macrophage and effect the spleen, the peripheral immune organ in mice.

结果：治疗组SP、VIP较模型组明显降低；血液流变学指标全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积测定，治疗组较模型组降低；能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠关节肿胀；提高小鼠痛阈百分率；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬率；对外周免疫器官脾脏有明显影响。
