Results The excellent rate of razor skin graft was 45.6% but the graft led to claw hands of different degrees, scar contracture and joint malformation; the excellent rate of flap graft was 100% with good function recovery and nice appearance; medium-thickness skin graft, full-thickness skin graft and composite skin graft showed out close results, the excellent rates were from 90% to 94%.

结果 刃厚皮片移植优良率45.6%，刃厚皮片移植术后，存在不同程度的"爪形手"、瘢痕挛缩、关节畸形等。皮瓣移植优良率100%，术后功能较好，外观优良。中厚皮片移植、全厚皮片移植及复合皮移植效果接近，优良率为90%～94%。

The results showed that POD activity increased at first and then decreased in the skin and flesh of root. The peak occurred at 40 d and 60 d in the skin and flesh, respectively. POD activity in the skin was higher than that in the flesh at 30 d and then contrary results were observed. The higher POD activity was, the more POD isoenzyme was. The pattern of POD isoenzymes was different between skin and flesh at different vegetative growth stages. POD isoenzymes in the skin were composed of five monomers and four dimers while five dimers or two monomers, two dimers and one tetramer in the flesh. POD isoenzymes in the root were mainly acidic. POD localized mainly in the cell walls of periderm, cambium, xylem ray, xylem vessels and primary xylem.

结果显示，心里美萝卜营养生长期肉质根的皮和肉中POD活性均先升高后降低，分别在播种后第40 d和60 d出现峰值，30 d时皮中POD活性高于肉，之后则相反，酶活性最高时同工酶数目也最多，不同时期，皮和肉中同工酶种类不同；皮中POD同工酶由5个单体和4个二聚体组成，而肉中由5个二聚体或2个单体、2个二聚体和1个四聚体组成，均以酸性同工酶为主；组化定位显示POD主要分布在肉质根的周皮、形成层、木射线、木质部导管和肉的初生木质部等的细胞壁附近。

The oxidation mechanism of synephrine was also investigated;(2) The electrochemical behavior of twelve flavonoids (quercetin, morin, fisetin, luteolin, isorhamnetin, myricetin, hyperoside, quercitrin, puerarin, farrerol, naringenin and hesperidin) was investigated. The method for the determination of flavonoids was developed by using different pulse voltammetry, and the detection limit was in the range of 10-7~10-9 mol/L. This method has been successfully employed to determine the total amount of flavonoids in pericarpium citri reticulatae and quercetin in the spiked human blood plasma samples.

Epidermal cells near the wound dedifferentiate and proliferate forming blastema and/or migrate to the wound plane forming a pre-epidermis consisting of several layers of stem cells covering the wound plane, which then re-differentiates further forming fully developed epidermis. Cells in the parietal peritoneum are also induced by injury to dedifferentiate into stem cells which then proliferate and migrate along the parietal peritoneum to the wound place forming a pre-peritoneum which re-differentiates into fully developed parietal peritoneum.

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

This observation provided a strong support to the point that most leaves export the most of assimilates in the light time. Plasmodesmal densities between SE/CC, CC/PP, PP/PP and PP/BSC (bundle-sheath cell) decreased in weak light. Plasmodesmata were observed between CC/SE (nacreous-walled sieve element), PP/BSC in branch veins in normal light intensity, but not in weak light. Thus apoplasmic pathway may be the main mode of transport of assimilates in weak light, however symplasmic pathway may be the main mode of transport of assimilates in normal light intensity.

在筛管/伴胞、伴胞/韧皮薄壁细胞、韧皮薄壁细胞/韧皮薄壁细胞和韧皮薄壁细胞/维管束鞘细胞之间的胞间连丝密度都在弱光条件下下降，在正常光照强度下支脉筛管/伴胞和韧皮薄壁细胞/维管束鞘细胞之间可以观察到胞间连丝，而在弱光下几乎观察不到胞间连丝的存在，所以同化物的运输在弱光条件下可能以质外体运输为主，而在正常光照强度下，共质体运输可能是主要的运输方式。

objective:to make a comparative analysis of the total saponins content in polygalaceae phloem and xylem parts to guide clinical treatment.methods:we determined the polygalaceae total saponins content at the 575 nm with oleanolic acid as a reference substance and vanillin-perchoric acid as a developer by using uv-visible spectrophotometry.results:the total saponins content of xylem parts was 3.33%,and that of polygalaceae phloem was 0.69%.conclusion:the total saponins content in polygalaceae xylem parts is much more than that of phloem parts,the total saponins in polygalaceae mainly exists in xylem parts.

目的：对远志原药材木部及皮部中总皂苷含量进行比较分析，用以指导临床用药。方法：以齐墩果酸为对照品，香草醛－高氯酸为显色剂，采用紫外－可见分光光度法在575 nm处测定远志总皂苷含量。结果：以此方法对远志木部及皮部中总皂苷含量进行比较、分析，为远志皮部总皂苷含量为3.33 %、木部总皂苷含量为0.69 %。结论：远志中皮部总皂苷含量远远大于木部，远志总皂苷主要存在于根皮中。

Results:①The amount of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. The morphology of partial SW480 cells was shrunk volume, integrated cell membrane, condensed cytoplasm, pyknotic chromatin, nuclear fragmentation. Apoptotic Corpuscles were found by electron microscope.②MTT colorimetric assay showed quercetin inhibited the growth of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 in a time- and dose-dependent manner when the concentration of quercetin was 30、60、90μmol/L.③Flow cytometry analysis showed the cell cycle of SW480 cell was restricted in G1/S. G0/G1 phase rate increased and S phase rate decreased with increasing concentration of quercetin and time lasting.④ Zymogram analysis assay showed the secretion of matrix metalloproteinases in human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. With increasing concentration of quercetin, the secretion of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased.⑤Immunohistochemistry method demonstrated the position expression of Cathepsin-D in SW480 cell was suppressed by quercetin in a time- and dose-dependent manner.

研究结果：经槲皮素处理的人结肠癌SW480细胞数量减少，部分细胞体积缩小，细胞膜完整，胞浆浓缩，核染色质固缩，细胞核碎裂，形成凋亡小体；MTT法检测显示当作用浓度为30μmol/L~90μmol/L时，槲皮素对人结肠癌SW480细胞的生长有抑制作用，其抑制作用随着作用浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而增强；流式细胞学发现槲皮素主要作用于人结肠癌SW480细胞周期的G1/S期，大部分细胞被阻断于S期，随药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长，G0/G1期细胞比例逐渐增加，S期细胞比例逐渐减少；酶谱分析法检测显示不同浓度的槲皮素能够抑制人结肠癌SW480细胞分泌MMP-2及MMP-9，随浓度的升高，MMP-2及MMP-9的分泌量减少；免疫组织化学法显示不同浓度的槲皮素处理人结肠癌SW480细胞后，Cathepsin-D的表达随药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长而降低。

EP2 immunostaining was gradually strengthened in the luminal epithelium and glandular epithelium from day 1 to 5 of pregnancy, followed by the gradual reducing of immunostaining on days 6-9. No specific signals for EP2 mRNA were detected in the uterus under delayed implantation, but strong signals were present in the luminal epithelium after reinitiation of implantation.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
