目的 探讨微粒皮在修复领域中的应用方法应用自体微粒皮加异体皮或异皮修复烧伤、皮肤撕脱伤、皮瓣供皮区、肿瘤切除后创面等皮肤损伤，共56例。

Epidermal cells near the wound dedifferentiate and proliferate forming blastema and/or migrate to the wound plane forming a pre-epidermis consisting of several layers of stem cells covering the wound plane, which then re-differentiates further forming fully developed epidermis. Cells in the parietal peritoneum are also induced by injury to dedifferentiate into stem cells which then proliferate and migrate along the parietal peritoneum to the wound place forming a pre-peritoneum which re-differentiates into fully developed parietal peritoneum.

伤口愈合包括伤口闭合、顶端表皮层及体腔上皮的新生：创伤后的前4 d，残腕顶端的肌肉组织向伤口处迁移并重排使伤口闭合；创伤附近的表皮层细胞发生脱分化并增殖后迁移到创伤面形成由数层干细胞组成的前表皮层，之后进一步分化形成表皮层；而体腔上皮细胞在创伤诱导下也脱分化并增殖，然后沿体腔上皮迁移到创伤处形成"前体腔上皮"，经再分化形成新的体腔上皮。

Three shield carpels develop into a pistil. In Sparganium fallax, each female flower has a bracteole. The bracteole primordium and the floral primordium originate from a complex structure. A single saccate carpel develops into a pistil. In staminate flowers, petal and stamen primordia initiate spirally.

菖蒲属与香蒲目的茎叶解剖特征、叶表皮特征、花粉特征及花器官发生特点等亦存在着明显区别，特别是花器官发生特点差异尤为显著，如菖蒲属花器官发生过程中，没有苞片原基，也不存在任何形式的复合原基，花被与雄蕊原基均以单向性方式发生，雌蕊由3心皮发育而成，具有"盾状心皮"的特点等，黑三棱属则有苞片原基发生，且苞片原基与雌花原基起源于共同的复合结构，雄花的花被原基和雄蕊原基均以螺旋状方式发生，雌蕊由单心皮发育而成，未发现有2或3个心皮原基或其痕迹的现象，体现出"囊状心皮"的特点。

Result: 1. The situation of HIV infection in gastro-mucosal tissues:(1) Our study found HIV gag sequence in not only CD4~+ T cells but also mucosalepithelial cells, gland epithelial cells in lamina propria and spindle stromal cells;(2) HIV p24 was expressed in T cells, plasmocyte, and a few mucosa epithelial cells, gland epithelial cellls and dell epithelial cellls.

结果：1.HIV在胃黏膜中的感染状况：(1)HIV感染者胃黏膜内HIVgag区基因不仅见于CD4~+T细胞等免疫细胞中，少数胃黏膜上皮、腺上皮、小凹内上皮细胞和间质梭形细胞中亦有阳性杂交信号；(2)HIV感染者尸检胃黏膜内HIVp24蛋白于T细胞、浆细胞及少部分胃黏膜黏膜上皮、腺上皮及小凹上皮细胞中呈阳性表达。2。

Under the microenvironments of fruit bagging,Alternaria had always been the major fungi in different bags,sites of fruit and weather conditions during the whole growing season. As the secondary major fungi,Penicillium had always been after July and emerged later in inner bag and cortical pore than other sites.In the bag with which the inner bag was red and waxing,Trichoderma was isolated first in pericarp without cortical pore and inner bag as well as later in cortical pore after August.In \'Kobayashi\' bag which inner bag was red and waxing, Aspergillus and Fusarium were isolated in pericarp without cortical pore and cortical pore after bag removed.Alternaria and Penicillium were isolated in unbagging fruit and \'Qianwei\' bag which inner bag was red and unwaxing and the date Penicillium was isolated in CK was 45d later than bagging treatment.Under high temperature weather condition,there were no differences in the fungi population structure on fruit surface among all treatments.And the fungi population structure on fruit surface in bagging apple was more than that of unbagging ones under overcast and rainy condition.

在苹果套袋微域环境下，不同育果袋、果实不同部位、不同时期、不同气象条件下的真菌主要是链格孢霉，且在套袋后的整个生长季均可分离到；青霉为第二大真菌，在7月份后均可分离到，在非皮孔部位的出现要早于内果袋和皮孔部位；8月份后在内袋红色涂蜡的育果袋上分离出了木霉，其先出现在非皮孔处和内果袋，然后出现在皮孔处；曲霉和镰刀菌仅在内袋红色涂蜡的&小林&袋的非皮孔部位和皮孔部位于摘袋后分离出；在内袋为黑色且未涂蜡的育果袋和未套袋果上仅仅分离出链格孢霉和青霉，且青霉分离出的时期要比套袋果晚45d。

The proliferative capacity of LEC from human had directly relevance to the age of donor(r=-0.996).Conclusions The formation of lens-like spherules is characteristics of LEC lines in the cultured cells.Under identical conditions,the proliferative rate of LEC from bovine and rabbit is fast than that of LEC from human,but dedifferentiation of LEC from bovine and rabbit is easier than that of LEC from human;LEC from the three species exhibit similar limited growth potential.The proliferative rate of LEC from human has a inversely proportion with age.

It was established that, the fish skin was stirred two times with 2.5% or 5% NaCl solution at a ratio of material to solvent of 1:10 at about 5℃ for 12h, about 5.9%, 6.7%, 9.1% soluble non-collagenous protein could been separated from skin of silver carp, bighead carp and grass carp, then by homogenizing with acid at a ratio of material to solvent of 1:30, about 78.9%, 84.1%, 82.0% of collagen from skin of silver carp, grass carp and bighead carp could be extracted by acetic acid or citric acid.

结果表明，鲢、鱅鱼皮经2.5％NaCl溶液(1：10)，草鱼鱼皮经5％NaCl溶液(1：10)，温度5℃左右，12h磁力搅拌处理二次，除去的可溶性蛋白分别占原总蛋白的5.9％、6.7％、9.1％。鱼皮再经加酸(1：30)溶胀、均质处理后，即可得到鱼皮胶原蛋白的粗提取液，鲢、草鱼鱼皮的酸提取回收率以醋酸为最高，分别为78.9％、84.1％，鱅鱼皮以柠檬酸为最高，约为82.0％。
