Methods］ MTT assay was employed to test the lethal concentration 50 (IC50) of sensitive germline (SK-OV-3) and ovarian cancer cell subline induced by ADR (SK-OV-3/adr) treated by 4 drugs, resistance index and reverse multiple were calculated. The changes of drug content were observed by fluorescence microscope, the intracellular accumulation of ADR was evaluated by fluorospectrophotometry, the changes of mdr 1/P-gp resistance were observed respectively by RT-PCR and Western blot.

方法］MTT法检测药物对敏感细胞株（SK-OV-3）和诱导的耐药细胞株（SK-OV-3/adr）的半数致死浓度（IC50），计算耐药指数和加逆转剂后的逆转倍数，荧光显微镜观察不同时间细胞内的药物含量变化，荧光分光光度法测定细胞内ADR的含量，RT-PCR和Western blot法检测细胞耐药前后mdr1/P-gp的变化。

The oxygen uptake activity using Triton X- 100 as substrate in a resting cell experiment demonstrated that one of the isolates, P nitroreducens TX1, showed the highest activity to transform Triton X-lOO, 528 nmole/min/g cell wet weight among the isolates. The generation time of strain TX1 was only 1.2 h by using 0.5% of Triton X-100 as sole carbon source in MSB medium. Furthermore, this strain could even grow on the Triton X-l00 at a concentration of IO%-2O%.

本研究藉由测定各菌株分解TritonX-100时的氧气消耗活性发现，编号82.10.6之菌株，经鉴定并命名为P.nitroreducens TX1，每克湿重的菌株具有528 nmole /min的高耗氧活性，尤其，该菌株以0.5%的TritonX-100培养时，世代时间仅为1.2小时，即使在10%-20%的Triton-X-100的培养环境中亦能维持生长，在过去相关研究中均尚未发表有此一特殊之生长特性。

METHODS: The concentration of ozone that was transmitted by ozone generator at different time was determined by using iodine titrimetric method. According to the bactericidal assay of quantitative vehicle, the bacteria on the ozonized vehicles and unozonized vehicles was washed, 50μl eluant was seeded on the TSA plates. The TSA plates were put into the anaerobiotic incubator (90% N2, 10% CO2, 37℃). After 24 to 48 hours, the CFU on the plate was counted.

用碘滴定法测定打开臭氧发生器不同机组及不同时间时的臭氧浓度，按载体定量杀菌试验，将经臭氧作用的载体与相同环境下未经臭氧作用的载体上的细菌洗下，各取洗脱液50μl，接种于TSA平板并置厌氧箱(90%N2， 10%CO2， 37℃)培养24~48h后，进行活菌菌落计数。

The biological characteristics and parameters for different geographic populations of Anastatus japonicus Ashmead in the eggs of Antherea pernyi were compared with the method of life table. The results show that the fecundity properties parameters of Vietnamese population including the net reproduction rate (R0), intrinsic rate of increase, finite rate of increase, doubling time, number of eggs laid per female, preoviposition period and oviposition period are superior to Guangxi, Guangdong and Hainan population.

应用生命表技术对荔蝽平腹小蜂Anastatus japonicus Ashmead不同地理种群以柞蚕卵为繁殖寄主的条件下的重要生物学指标和参数进行测定和比较，结果表明，越南种群的主要生殖力指标，包括净生殖力（R0）、内禀增长率、周限增长率、种群倍增时间、单雌产卵量、产卵前期和产卵历期均比广西、广东和海南种群的理想；4种群的雌蜂寿命、羽化率和雌性比率则没有显著差异。

Based on field experiment and measure data, ecological characteristics of soil water in different fencing sandy land in arid desert area and vegetation restoration effect of soil water variation in fencing sandy land were analyzed. In representation of Artemisa arenaria DC population, observing and researching vegetable restoration effect of soil water variation in fencing sandy land. The results indicate as follow:(1)With the vegetation development constantly in fencing sandy land, soil water utilization of vegetation increased. It made soil water content and soil water storage reduced with the increase of fencing time in sandy land.

本文通过野外实验测定数据，分析研究了干旱荒漠区不同类型封育沙地土壤水分生态特征，以及封育沙地土壤水分变化对植被恢复的影响，并以当地沙蒿种群为代表，观测研究封育沙地土壤水分变化对植被恢复的影响，结果表明：(1)封育沙地随着植被的不断生长，植被对土壤水分的利用也有所增加，从而使沙地土壤含水量和储水量随封育时间的加长而表现为一定的降低趋势。
