民族和国家

As various countries and nationalities of the historical, geographical environment is different, thus creating their own different cultures, and in transportation, information is not yet developed, the era of poor communication between their respective development, so that those with high capacity to adapt to the times the ethical, behavioral norms and philosophy of the nation, the state gained faster development.

由于各民族、国家所处的历史、地理环境不同，因而产生了各自不同的文化，并在交通、信息尚不发达、互相沟通不畅的时代各自发展，从而使那些拥有适应时代发展的高容量的伦理道德、行为规范和哲学观念的民族、国家获得了更快的发展。

Moreover, the way Hong Kong people situate themselves between their ethnic identity and their national identity is discernibly complicated. On the one hand, they tend to raise their ethnic identity above their national identity, seeing themselves more "Hongkongese" than Chinese, and defining China from the perspective of Hong Kong. On the other hand, they are quite willing to help in Chinese national development, have a relatively clear conception of Chinese nationality and Chinese sovereignty, and are very willing to strengthen their national education.

此外，香港人在自我族群认同和中国人民族认同之间的定位亦呈现出颇为复杂的关系，一方面他们大多数的自我族群意识远高於民族意识，认为自己是香港人多於中国人，并从香港本位定位中国；另一方面却颇愿意帮助民族发展，有颇为清晰的现代民族意识和国家主权意识，以及颇愿意加强香港人的中国民族教育。

Ethnologic law concludes there parts like the following: first, the law should confirm and protect minorities obligatory and rights, second, the law should stick up for national comity , cooperation, and harmonious relationship, third ,the law will define the relationship between the national government and minorities autonomy governments, and minorities government and other governments like province.

民族法治一般包含三个方面的基本内容：一是以良法确定、维护和发展少数民族的基本权利和义务；二是维护国家统一和民族团结、互助、繁荣、和谐的民族关系；三是确定和维护少数民族自治地方和国家之间、少数民族自治地方和其他地方之间以及少数民族自治地方之间的关系。
