According to the XML security framework, a XML security library is designed and implemented.

在对XML及其安全技术主要包括XML加密技术、XML数字签名、公钥管理、密钥产生和交换进行研究的基础上，结合传统密码技术和XML安全技术提出了一种基于XML的数据安全模型，模型中包含了目前网络数据交换和安全领域的一系列最新技术，主要有：将非XML格式数据转换为XML格式数据的方法，以保证现有的大部分网络数据能够应用XML安全技术；使用XML公钥管理技术结合PKI技术管理公钥，以克服PKI技术实施和部署复杂、难度大等问题，提高公钥管理的效率；使用Diffie-Hellman算法结合公钥技术交换密钥，以最大限度保证密钥的安全；使用XML数字签名技术保证数据的完整性、不可否认性和发送方身份认证；使用XML加密技术保证数据的机密性；根据XML文档的内容和结构定义授权访问规则进行良好的访问控制。

It describes mainly the process of systemdesign, including whole design, detail design, database design , security design, data structure and data code scheme, It introduces in detail how to create a graphic file of pipeline data on the MicroStation platform, and the exchange of data between the MicroStation and other GIS application software, At the same time, it introduces how to realize popular manage mode of GIS data on the MicroStation GeoGraphics, namely integratinggraphics and attribute.

本文在分析长沙市地下管线数据现状和目前数据管理情况的基础上，指出建立长沙市城市地下管网信息系统的必要性和紧迫性，阐述了系统的设计过程，包括总体设计、详细设计、数据库设计和安全设计，讲述了系统的数据组织方式及数据编码方案，并详细介绍在MicroStation平台下如何处理数据生成管网图形文件，阐述了系统实现的方法、过程以及与其它系统如何实现数据交换，也介绍在MicroStation GeoGraphics下如何实现当今GIS较为流行的数据管理模式：图属一体化。

The major achievement of this paper is: Based on characteristics of the traffic data distribution, execute pattern recognition operations on traffic condition on two dimensions by clustering, then use BP neural network to describe and forecast traffic flow aiming at each pattern. Making use of classic flow-occupancy inverse "V" model, implement polynomial fitting using least-squares algorithm and statistics method on flow curves to detect outliers which are proved to be not accord with practice through the actual implement, then use the moving average model to recorrect the outliers and absent. Make correlation analysis on muti-direction flow queues of the intersection and ones of upriver intersections, choose flow queue with high correlation as assistant one to improve the error tolerance of the prediction system, at the same time we can use the method to give an estimation of flow in intersection with out sensors. We design and implement an SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture)-based UTDD(urban traffic data mining development) with high expansibility and performance, which implement unified management and call of the data-mining application though defining a XML-based description of data-mining process and a common interface to call data-mining process, finally we build traffic flow prediction application model on UTDD.

根据交通流量数据分布的特征，提出基于k-means的二次聚类方法，对交通流量在流量大小和时间上进行模式划分，进而对各个交通流模式进行基于BP神经网络的描述和预测，从而提高模型对流量预测的精度； 2）根据流量/时间占有率倒&V&字形曲线分布模型，提出基于最小二乘法的三次多项式曲线拟合和统计方法的异常检测方法，实际应用表明该方法能够有效识别异常数据，然后根据移动平均算法对异常数据进行修正； 3）基于序列相关性分析，分别对预测方向的交通流量数据序列、上游路口相关序列以及预测路口其它各个方向上的交通流量序列进行分析，选择相似性流量序列，作为辅助序列提供其他没有检测器路口的流量估计； 4）设计和实现了基于SOA（Service-Oriented Achitecture）的高性能、可扩展的智能交通数据挖掘系统UTDD，该系统通过定义基于XML的数据挖掘过程描述和通用的过程模型接口，实现数据挖掘应用的统一管理和调用，最后在UTDD上建立了基于路口流量预测的应用模型。

The acquisition date of ETM+ is October 29, 1999. We get digital elevation model data from (1∶)250 000 topography map of Minhe area. The format of DEM is MapInfo exchange format *.mif which converted to coordinate. After primary treatment of the raw data, the DEM data is derived from the contour line. The ETM+ scenes are rectified using the DEM and sun-illumination model. NDVI and other three indexes from Tasseled Cap transform were calculated from RS data.

Electronic map of MapInfo is introduced into the environment of object oriented by the use of Map X 4.0 module. The operations such as dynamic add, delete and edit of objects can be done real-time dynamically by operators in the environment of object oriented on the present diagram of polder region. At the same time, the spatial-data and attribute-data of irrigation district are managed separately. The spatial-data is used by the file system, whereas, the attribute-data exist in the relevent database. The figures and database are related through the only ID number in order to realize two-way inquiry, so that, the polder region river system planning data are collected automatically. Moreover, this system make the great use of GIS advantage in storing and annalising data to automatically organize files needed in river network calculation , adopt one-dimensional unsteady flow model , so as to lay out height of river levee .
