Part 1 (Chapter 1 - 4) establishes theoretic basic framework of Information Security in systematically and integrally.

论文第一部分（1-4章）较系统完整地搭建了信息安全的理论基础框架；本文首先应用Simmons认证理论对信息系统的相对安全性做了理论推证。

Using series of vector magnetograms and proper motions, we have analyzed a delta spot in NOAA 9077. This delta spot formed and disintegrated in a very special way. Its current helicity evolution has a close relationship to the magnetic configuration. We find the conclusion, for the first time, that the sign reversal of the helicity can lead to the disintegration of the compact delta structure.

为了解NOAA 9077在7月14日的三维磁场位形，我们使用无力场局部外推程序模拟它的耀斑后环，探讨了理论与实际观测的差异和可能的原因；利用源表面方法，使用MDI高精度磁场数据进行全球势场外推，探讨2000年7月14日大耀斑事件的外部触发机制。

First, the time series model of the random road roughness running by construction machinery is built up based on the measured data of the random road roughness and by means of the basic theory and method of the time series analysis. A real-time parameter estimation method of fuzzy weighted recurrence least square algorithm is represented through analyzing the conventional recurrence least square algorithm. Then, the new recurrence algorithm and the on-line tuning method of the weighted matrix are given out, and computer simulation is performed.

首先，以实测的地面随机不平度数据为依据，应用时序分析的基本理论和方法，建立了工程机械行驶地面随机不平度的时间序列模型，并在分析传统参数估计方法递推最小二乘算法的基础上，提出了模糊加权递推最小二乘算法的参数实时估计方法，给出了在此基础上的递推算法及加权矩阵的实时在线整定方法，并对其进行了计算机仿真研究。

In the meanwhile, due to stress the importance of money too, Keynes attributed the credit relations of money to the economic relations peculiar to capitalism through the exposition for the own interest rate of money. In addition, Keynes tried to relate the value and distribution theory to the money theory in order to construct a kind of new money theory. And this attempt could find basis in Marx's labor theory of value.

第二部分：分析了契约论学说诞生的理论基础是人性恶的假设，进一步分析了契约论学说推导出"三权分立"理论。同时还说明了"三权分立"理论的制度设计及其发展。

Presence of multiples leads to poor quality in main stages of offshore seismic data processing, such as velocity analysis, stacking and imaging. Three basic multiple attenuating methods are reviewed; and a more effective multiple attenuator is achieved by joining them. As the first step, shot or receiver records are extrapolated by wave-equation datum algorithms. The extrapolation will establish a model of waterbottom multiples. Waterbotton multiples will then be removed by subtracting the extrapolated records from the original records. After that, predictive deconvolution is used to attenuate the multiples created by source ghost. Finaly, RADON transformation is adopted to separate peg-leg multiples and residual water-bottom multiples from the original data in the τ-p domain.

地震勘探尤其是海上地震勘探中存在着各类多次波，由于多次波的存在严重影响了速度分析、叠加、偏移成像等地震资料处理，海上多次波主要有全程多次波和层间多次两大类，为了压制海上不同类型的多次波，本文首先分析波场外推、预测反褶积和拉东变换衰减不同多次波的理论基础，然后联合采用这些方法，分别衰减全程多次波和层间多次波；即：首先对炮记录或者接收点记录进行波场外推，建立海底多次波模型，预测并减去全程多次波，然后利用预测反褶积衰减掉周期性明显的多次波，最后将数据转换到τ-p 域，用拉冬变换根据同一时间多次波和有效波在速度等方面的差异，进一步分离层间多次波和剩余的全程多次波，并在该域中切除分离出的多次波，从而实现联合多次波衰减处理。
