Objective: To observe the motor function variation of focal cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats'limbs at different time. To observe the expression of PCNA and VEGF. To observe the effect to that index when electric acupuncture the"Quchi"and"Housanli". To observe the effect to the focal cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury rats, which are inject eNOS catastaltic, when electric acupuncture that two acupoints. Through observing of above all things , we study acupuncture's blood vessel regenerated effect to cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury region, approach the possibility of brain functional recovery angiogenesis which promoted by acupuncture, provide new consider and experiment accordings for deepening acupuncture therapy of the ischemia stroke.

研究目的：通过观察局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠不同时间点肢体运动功能的变化及损伤脑组织核心增长蛋白、血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达情况，电针&曲池&、&后三里&穴对以上各指标的影响、电针&曲池&、&后三里&对给予eNOS抑制剂对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的影响，研究针刺对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤区血管再生的作用，探讨针刺促进脑功能恢复的血管生成可能机制，为进一步深化针灸治疗缺血性中风的认识提供新的思路和实验依据。

So far, the convincible mechanism involved in the development and progress of the inflammatory responses after SCI is not quite clear.

在脑损伤的研究中发现，脑损伤后多种促炎性细胞因子、趋化因子明显上调，加剧损伤后炎症反应，在继发性脑损伤的病理过程中起重要作用。

The results were found as following:(1) The damage value increases more significantly with the increase in PVF before 30% PVF, beyond which the increasing trend becomes gradually gentle.(2)Keeping the interphase strength and PVF unchanged, the damage increase with increasing moisture concentration in a nearly linear relation.(3)The results generated from the FCC model with consideration of the interphase debonding are in good agreement with the experimental data, meanwhile, the FCC model is also capable of predicting the critical load for the damaged and the undamaged dental composite subject too the 3-point flexural test.4 A 3D-fmite element analysis has been successfully exploited to examine the mechanical behavior of the restoration-tooth structure under the polymerization shrinkage and water sorption. It was found:(1) The low stiffness of the composite has the effect to limit the displacement occurring in the remaining tooth tissue. For lower interphase, the cuspal flexures are litter higher. The high interphase modulus acts as a \'shielding effect\' for stress transfer.

得到如下结论：(1)相同的吸湿性，在30％PVF(颗粒体积分数：Particle volume fraction，PVF)前增加PVF，层间脱胶损伤值显著增加；此后损伤值的增加趋于平缓；(2)保持层间强度和PVF不变，层间脱胶损伤随吸湿率的增加而接近线性增加；(3)FCC(面心立方：Face-centred cubic，FCC)模型层间脱胶损伤的预测结果和实验数据基本吻合；同时此模型可以用于预测牙齿填充材料三点弯曲实验的临界载荷。4、建立理想牙齿修复结构，利用有限元方法研究了同时考虑聚合收缩和吸湿膨胀耦合作用下的填充修复材料和粘结界面层材料性能对牙齿修复结构的力学行为的影响，得到如下结论：(1)低弹性模量的牙齿填充修复材料能限制天然牙组织的位移，但天然牙组织的位移与粘结界面层的弹性模量无关。

结果 神经损伤后1个月，损伤远端神经中p75NTR和S-100的表达最多，在损伤后6个月时p75NTR降至正常水平，S-100则在损伤后9个月时消失。

The operations used in this group include neurolysis,epineurial repair,epineurial-fascicular repair,fascicular repair and nerve grafting.Results:All cases were followed-up after 18 months to 60 months and the excellent rate was 80.4％.Conclusions:Those result indicated that the preceded microsurgical repair of peripheral nerve injury is an effective method for raising the excellent rate of peripheral nerve injuries,and for vary nerve,different section of nerve injured,very nature of nerve injury,the method are vary.

目的：分析应用显微外科技术在修复周围神经损伤中影响其疗效的因素及处理措施方法：从1987年至1997年，用显微外科技术修复周围神经损伤80例92条神经，方法包括神经松解术、神经外膜缝合术、外膜束组膜缝合术、束膜缝合术和神经移植术结果：经术后18个～60个随访，优良率80.4％结论：神经断端精确对合和及早修复可提高其疗效；同神经、同的损伤平面、损伤程度同，采用同的缝合方法

Results The numbers of apoptotic cells in frontal cortex and hippocamp CAI region around the injury sites of rats at various time points were significantly higher in injury group than in normal control and sham opertation control groups, and in severe injury subgroup than in mild and moderate injury groups.

结果 轻、中、重度损伤组大鼠损伤区周边额皮质和海马CA1区各时间点凋亡阳性细胞数均高于正常对照组和假手术对照组，重度损伤组高于轻度和中度损伤组，且差异均有统计学意义。
