To explore the potential mechanism of cigarette smoke extract -induced cell injury, primary cultured skin keratinocytes and fibroblasts from rat were selected as target cells in Part Ⅰ study compared with the effect of UVA.

本研究第一部分以原代培养的大鼠皮肤角质形成细胞和成纤维细胞为对象，采用UVA损伤作用为参照，探索香烟雾提取物（Cigarette SmokeExtract，CSE）对皮肤细胞的损伤作用，重点观察CSE所致的皮肤细胞毒作用、功能损伤及可能作用机制。

The histological findings of the primary tumor and metastatic lymph nodes demonstrated massive cancer cell degeneration such as pycnosis and vacuolation, xanthogranulomatous inflammation and dense fibrosis. The effect of NAC was judged to be grade 2 histologically.

组织学检查发现肿瘤原发灶和转移的淋巴结癌细胞大量退化如核固缩和空泡形成，黄肉芽肿炎以及密集的纤维化，经组织学判定NAC的疗效为2级。

Many factors may be involve in the course. To investigate the regulation activity of mesenchymal cells to differentiation of epithelial cells from hair follicle and to study its differentiation property, mesenchymal cells gel was made by nubby dermal papilla cells, free dermal papilla cells, skin fibroblasts. Skin keratinocytes and epithelial cells from hair follicle were inoculated on the gel surface and cultured in air-liquid interface. Three-dimensional model of DPC using to induce epithelial cells differentiation is built in vitro.

结果：①多分化潜能细胞的原代培养情况：胎盘组织消化后获得细胞中仅有少量的贴壁细胞，经两周后逐渐形成扁平单层细胞，呈漩涡状生长或成簇生长，随着细胞密度的增加，胞体变得细长，形态类似成纤维细胞。
