The results (Fig. 1) show that the capability for producing monacolin K by Strain M12-69 initialized from Strain M12, is almost 9 times higher than that of Strain M12, whereas the citrinin concentrations produced by both strains remained at the lower levels.

The results show that the flow stress decreases with increasing deforming temperature and increases with increasing strain rate. The flow stress of the alloy during hot compression deformation can be described by constitutive equation in hyperbolic sine function with a hot deformation activation energy of 196.27 kJ/mol. Partial recystallization takes place in the alloys deformed at a high temperature or at a low strain rate, and large number of dislocations and subgrains are observed in the alloy. The elongated grains observed in the samples coarsen with increasing temperature and decreasing strain rate. Correspondingly, the subgrain size increases and the dislocation density decreases. The main soften mechanism of the alloy transforms from dynamic recovery to dynamic recrystallization.

结果表明：Al-Cu-Mg-Ag耐热铝合金在热压缩变形中的流变应力随着温度的升高而减小，随着应变速率的增大而增大；该合金的热压缩变形流变应力行为可用双曲正弦形式的本构方程来描述，其变形激活能为196.27kJ/mol；在变形温度较高或应变速率较低的合金中发生部分再结晶，并且在合金组织中存在大量的位错和亚晶；随着温度的升高和应变速率的降低，合金中拉长的晶粒发生粗化，亚晶尺寸增大，位错密度减小，合金的主要软化机制逐步由动态回复转变为动态再结晶。

First, For the coronary artery stent, two kinds of loads, including the pressure named 〓 derivatively from the balloon and the counterforce named 〓 on the wall edge of the stent, have been taken into account in the analysis of the stent.〓 and 〓 were changing as the stent expanding. So, the expansion process of the stent could be considered as the process composing of many extremely short equilibrium processes, where 〓 and 〓 could be regarded as constants and the stresses, the strains and the displacements were obtained using NFEA in every processes. Then, the stresses, the strains and the displacements obtained in every processes or steps were added up to get the final structure of the coronary stent.

首先，解决了支架有限元分析的载荷非线性问题，认为医用心血管支架受到两种载荷的作用：球囊直接传递的压力〓和球囊对不锈钢支架丝壁边缘的反作用力〓，这两种载荷在支架分析中必须都考虑进去；〓为非线性载荷，随着支架扩张不断变化，处理时将支架扩张的整个过程看成由37个很短的平衡过程组成，在每个过程中取〓为常量，采用有限元法获得应力、应变、位移，最后将各过程的应力、应变、位移迭加起来就获得了不锈钢支架总的应力、应变和位移；本研究用变分法和有限元法模拟杆件拉伸证明了上述方法是合理的。

Some conclusions can be obtained from the analysis of test results:(1) Under long-term cycle loading, the strain rate of soft clay decreases with time. The logarithmic relationship between strain rate and time is linear.(2) The effect of initial static deviator stress and cyclic shear stress coupling and the drained condition have much influence on stain rate of residual strain.
