The result of experiment in 2000 year and 2001 year suggests that primary productivity of Miyun Reservoir is decided by group constitution and cell density of phytoplankton. The character of nutrition is phytoplankton-responding type. The group structure belongs to Chlorophyta (51.64%)-Bacillariophyta (-28.68%) type.

2001年调查结果显示，密云水库初级生产力主要决定于浮游植物的群落结构和细胞密度，营养特征为浮游植物响应型，浮游植物的群落结构为绿藻(51.6％)一硅藻(28.7％)型。

It is, therefore, proposed that the organisms be classified in this taxon as Nocardia miyunensis sp. nov. and Nocardia jiangxiensis sp.

DNA同源性分析结果也表明，菌株117和43401都是诺卡氏菌属中的新种，建议分别定名为密云诺卡氏菌Nocardia miyunensis sp。

SWAT model is a kind of distributed hydrologic model with the ability to evaluate the effects of landuse change on hydrologic response. This model was applied in Cao River catchment of Miyun reservoir basin. First, the sensitive parameters were identified through sensitive analysis. Then, the calibration and validation for flow and sediment were performed from 1986 to 1991 at Xiahui gaging station. The results of model evaluation show that the streamflow was simulated excellently, and sediment is also well simulated.

将可表征土地利用变化对水文响应影响的分布式水文模型SWAT应用于密云水库潮河子流域，对模型的敏感性进行了分析，并采用1986~1991年下会水文站数据对其径流量和泥沙负荷进行了率定和验证，模型评估结果表明该模型对径流的模拟效果非常好，对泥沙的模拟效果较好。
