Methods Retrospective analysis of 170 cases of laparoscopic surgery in ynecology.53 cases in the salpingocyesis group,49 cases salpingotomy,4 cases salpingectomy;48 cases in the ovarian cyst group,35 cases enucleation and repair of ovary,8 cases ovary sutures atches,3 adnexnectomy and 2 perforation of ovary;52 cases in the uterine problems group,10 cases LM5 cases CISH,11 cases LSH（laparoscopic supracervical ysterectomy）,14 cases LTH（laparoscopic total hysterecotomy）,12 cases LAVH laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy）;17 cases in the infertility group were studied in terms of lysis of pelvic adhesions and salpingostomy.

回顾性分析170例妇科腹腔镜手术病例，其中异位妊娠组53例，行输卵管切开取胚49例，输卵管切除术4例；卵巢疾患组48例，囊肿剥除术及卵巢成形术35例，卵巢缝合修补8例，患侧附件切除3例，多囊卵巢多点打孔2例；子宫疾病组52例，行肌瘤剥除10例，改良CISH术5例，子宫次全切除术11例，子宫全切术14例，腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除12例；不孕症组17例，行盆腔粘连分解输卵管伞造口术。

Objective:To detect the expressions of tissue-type plasminogen activator and its inhibitor in endometrium of patients with sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas,and to explore the changes of endometrial microenvironment of the patients with sympotomatic uterine Leiomyomas.

目的：检测组织型纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制剂在症状性子宫肌瘤子宫内膜中的表达，揭示症状性子宫肌瘤子宫内膜内环境的改变。

Result The trail group do well obviously during treatment period.No patients have any side effects. Seven cases were cured .Twelve deflated more than a half. Eighteen deflated one third. Five cases have no obvious effect. All the cases of the control group appear amenorrhea. Three cases" leiomyom have vanished. Eleven cases" myoma of uterus grow downwards more than a half. Twenty decrease about one third. Seven patients have no effect.

结果 治疗期间试验组症状改善明显，所有患者均无副反应的出现，7例子宫肌瘤治愈，12例子宫肌瘤缩小50％以上，18例子宫肌瘤缩小约1／3，5例治疗期间无明显效果；对照组所有病例出现闭经，3例肌瘤消失，11例子宫肌瘤体积缩小一半以上，20例肌瘤缩小1／3，7例效差，1例服药3个月后GPT升高。

Methods From December 1994 to December 2000, 61 women transvaginal hystereetomy for uterine neoplasms and adenomyoma were studied.

方法自 1994年 12月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月因子宫肌瘤，子宫肌腺瘤的大子宫行阴式子宫切除术，其中最大 1例孕 2 0周，重 1335g。

Methods:Twelve patients with uterine myoma,adenomyoma,and light atypical hyperplasia of endometrium underwent LAVH.

对12例子宫肌瘤、腺肌瘤、子宫内膜轻度不典型增生等有子宫切除指征的患者行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切除术。

From the early study of the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia people have found its association with immunological function . In 1986 Ellis et al[1] had found that the extravillous chorionic cytotrophoblast contacting with the maternal tissue expressed high levels of Human leukocyte antigen-G, a major histocompatibility tissue-specific antigen . Extravillous chorionic cytotrophoblast with high levels expression of HLA-G proteins can invade the maternal deciduas and the maternal spiral arteries by displacing the endothelial lining and destroying most of the musculoelastic tissue of these arteries .

早期研究开始，许多学者即发现其与免疫学有密切关系，至1986年Ellis等[1]发现人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen，HLA) G分子高度表达在绒毛外滋养层细胞( extravillous cytotrophoblast，EVCT)上，即浸润至子宫蜕膜层甚至达子宫浅肌层以及子宫螺旋动脉内皮层，与母血及子宫组织直接接触的滋养细胞，这种独特的组织分布提示HLA-G分子在母胎免疫耐受方面起重要作用。

Results In dioestrous mice, many iNOS+ cells were found in the stroma of endometrium. There was no obvious differences between the immunized mice and the control mice. In the uterus on 3 day of pregnancy, however, there was obvious difference about the iNOS quantity in uterus between the immunized and the control mice. There was strong positive reaction on the epithelia of endometrium and the endometrial gland in the lamina propria in control mice, while the staining of iNOS in the uterus of SA-30 immunized mice was very weak, only a few of iNOS+ cells were observed in the myometrium.

结果 SA-30免疫后对间情期小鼠子宫内的iNOS没有明显影响，无论是免疫组还是对照组，在子宫内膜基质中均有大量阳性细胞分布，两者无明显差异；在妊娠第3d时，对照组的小鼠子宫中有较多iNOS表达，阳性标记主要集中在内膜上皮及固有膜中的子宫腺上，经SA-30免疫的小鼠子宫中，iNOS表达则显著减少，整个内膜标记极弱，只在子宫肌层内有少量iNOS阳性细胞分布。

In the gravid uterus, The CKs immunolabelling were detected in glandular cell, luminal epithelial cell, traphoblast cell, endoblastic cell and allantoic cell; Vimentin immunolabelling were detected in stromal cell and endoblastic cell; CK7 immunolabelling were not detected in any tissue of the yak utenus but in endoblastic cell and some luminal epithelial cell.

对分离得到的子宫内膜基质细胞和子宫内膜腺上皮细胞进行免疫组织化学标记的结果显示在体外子宫内膜基质细胞表达泛角蛋白，子宫内膜腺上皮细胞表达波形蛋白，并且这一特性不因为传代而发生丢失。

These have confirmed the mechanism of NFPLtreating and preventing endometritis to be as follows:(1) bacteria-inhibitingaction,directly extinguishing pathogenic organism;(2) uterus-exciting,promoting purification and involution of the uterus;(3) regulating balance ofreproductive endocrine hormone,accelerating resolution of the inflammation.

以上结果证实，新促孕液防治子宫内膜炎的机理主要在于：(1)抑菌作用，直接杀灭子宫内病原微生物；(2)兴奋子宫作用，促进子宫的净化、复原；(3)调节生殖内分泌激素的平衡，加速炎症的消退。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
