Abstract］ objective to discuss the value of artery embolism on the uterine hemorrhagic disease.methods collect the materials from july 1998 to january 2007,about 84 house patients of uterine hemorrhagic disease in the department of radiology,affiliated hospital of guiyang medical college,who were treated by artery embolism with dsa-guided seldinger technology.results except 1 case,other cases were succeeded in hemostasia after artery embolism.conclusion artery embolism can be used to cure the uterine hemorrhagic disease with the characteristics of quick and entire hemostasia and few in not only saving their life,but retaining the uterus.it is worth to be used in clinic.

目的 探讨动脉栓塞术在子宫出血性疾病中的应用价值。方法笔者收集1998年7月～2007年1月贵阳医学院附属医院介入科84例子宫大出血性疾病的住院患者，所有患者均在dsa下采用seldinger 技术行子宫动脉栓塞治疗。结果除1例患者外，其他患者栓塞术后均止血良好。结论动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科子宫出血性疾病，止血迅速、彻底，副作用小，尤其对产科患者，不仅能挽救其生命，而且能保留子宫，值得临床推广使用。

研究作者写道，子宫内膜烧灼术治疗月经过多，可以让80%以上的45岁以上妇女在八年追踪期间都保留子宫；对於40岁以下妇女，可能有40%机率会进行子宫切除，需要更长追踪期间的其他研究来确认子宫内膜烧灼术是否可以取代旧技术，或者只是延迟那些进行手术时40岁以下者的子宫切除术时间而已。

Including salpingectomy,salpingotomy, salpingostomy, excision and enucleation of ovarian masses,repair of ovary, perforation of ovary, adnexnectomy, removal of hysteromyoma, supracervical hysterectomy, LAVH, CISH, lysis of pelvic adhesions, uterine suspension, uterosacral ligment transection, tubal sterilization, peritoneovaginoplasty.

手术包括输卵管切除术、输卵管切开吸胚术、输卵管造口术、卵巢肿块的剔除及切除术、卵巢修补术、卵巢多点打孔术、附件切除术、子宫肌瘤剔除术、子宫次全切除术、腹腔镜辅助的子宫切除术、腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术、盆腔粘连松解术、子宫悬吊术、骶韧带切断术、绝育术、取环术、腹膜阴道成形术等。

Methods Eighteen patients with benign uterine diseases , including 11 cases of uterine fibroids , 6 cases of adenomyoma , and1 case of uterine hemorrhage due to functional disorder , underwent laparoscopic triangle hysterectomy.

采用腹腔镜下行子宫体三角形切除治疗子宫良性疾病共18例，其中子宫肌瘤11例和子宫腺肌病6例，功能失调性子宫出血药物治疗无效1例。

Objective To investigate the safety and compare the outcome with or without interdicting blood of cesarean with uterus myoma removaling at same time.Methods Retrospective analysis of 117 cases of cesarean with uterus myoma removaling under interdicting blood from 2003 to 2004 and 56 cases without interdicting blood from 1992 to 1994 in Beijing Maternity Hospital for comparison in inhospital days、average bleeding、hemoglobin descending、postoperative morbidity.And 110 cases of simple intraperitoneal cesarean from 2003 to 2004;And comparing uterus myoma in different places and sizes.

目的 探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性及阻断血管与非阻断血管手术的比较方法回顾性分析2003～2004年两年间北京妇产医院腹壁横切口腹膜内剖宫产同时采取子宫血管阻断止血法行子宫肌瘤剔除术117例，与1992～1994年我院行剖宫产同时子宫肌瘤剔除术26例比较平均出血量、血红蛋白下降、住院天、术后病率情况（肌瘤直径≥5cm）；同时与2003～2004年单纯腹膜内剖宫产110例，比较平均出血量、血红蛋白下降、住院天数、术后病率情况；并对不同部位、不同小的子宫肌瘤剔除进行比较。

The expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus were elevated with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion and the influence on the activity of SOD and NOS was mainly refected in 12th and 16th month. It indicated that preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion on Guanyuan point could relieve the abnormal activity of center of stress, promote the expression of HSP70 and HSP70mRNA and the activity of SOD and NOS in uterus so as to maintain the normal structure and function and prolong the retrograde degeneration of uterus. It might be one of mechanisms of protecting uterus with preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion.

提示逆针灸关元穴对随后更年期大鼠子宫产生保护作用机制可能通过减缓应激中枢的异常活跃状态，提高不同月龄外周子宫组织细胞HSP70及mRNA的表达，以促进组织SOD、NOS活性的增强，对抗应激激素及卵巢功能衰退引起的子宫靶器官的结构及功能的改变，提高机体抗氧化能力，增强NO/NOS的局部调节作用，减轻随后更年期衰老过程中自由基对组织器官的损害及组织器官功能紊乱，对于维持子宫正常的结构和功能，延缓子宫退行性变具有重要作用。

Results The operation time of one-layered suture was 27.28 minutes shorter than two-layered suture.The quantity of bleeding is 69.78ml less than two-layered suture.

目的 探讨子宫下段横切口剖宫产术子宫切口单层缝合与双层缝合的差异度，寻找最优的子宫切口缝合方法；方法子宫下段横切口剖宫产子宫切口单层连续锁边缝合；结果单层缝合手术时间，较双层缝合短27 。8min ，出血量较双层缝合少69 。78ml，术后排气时间较双层缝合提前15 。14h ，经统计学处理，两组具有显著性差异（ P＜0 。01）。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. 供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
