The effects of FPL andits three ingredients on growth of ovary,on micro-and ultra-structure andAlkaline phosphatase activity of endometrium,on structure andkeratinization rate of exfoliated cells in vaginal epithelium in mice,onmicrocirculation in rat and on uterine kinesis in rabbit were respectivelyobserved by the techniques of light and electron microscopes,histochemistry,microcirculation and organ cinetography.The results have confirmed themechanism of FPL for the sterility caused by ovary standstill and persistentcorpus luteum to be as follows:(1) a weak estrogen-like role which canprompt development of ovary,proliferation and secretion of endometrium andvaginal epithelium and cornification of exfoliated cells in vaginal epithelium;(2)enhancing AKP's activity of endometrium;(3)improving microcirculation;(4) exciting uterus.

分别采用光学显微镜和电子显微镜技术、组织化学技术、微循环技术和器官运动描记等现代医学实验技术，观察了促孕液对小白鼠的卵巢发育、子宫内膜的显微和超微结构和碱性磷酸酶活性、阴道上皮结构和脱落细胞的角化率、对大白鼠的微循环和对家兔的子宫运动的影响，结果证实了促孕液治疗卵巢静止、持久黄体的机理：(1)微弱的雌激素样作用，能刺激卵泡发育，促进子宫内膜和阴道上皮增生、分泌和阴道上皮脱落细胞角化；(2)提高子宫内膜碱性磷酸酶的活性；(3)改善微循环；(4)促进子宫运动。

In addition, we presume that the role of different MMPs is distinct in various stages of EMs development. The difference of subjects which is resulted by the genetic difference of MMP-1 has the association with the risk of EMs, and the abnormal expression of protein may have relation with the development of EMs; The abnormal expression of MMP-3 has a very important role in the development of EMs; As a protein of endothelial expression, MMP-7 may participate in the development of EMs, endometrial cells with high-expression MMP-7 easily take place ectopic implantation in the blood of menstruate countercurrented and increase the risk of EMs; It is not confirmed in our study that there are the association of MMP-9 with the risk of EMs, but in view of other study, we will further evaluate the role of MMP-9 in the development of EMs.

且推测不同的MMPs基因在子宫内膜异位症发生和发展的不同阶段作用不同，MMP-1基因的遗传差异所导致的个体差异与子宫内膜异位症发病风险的个体差异相关，其蛋白的异常表达还可能与子宫内膜异位症的进展相关；MMP-3基因的异常表达在子宫内膜异位症的发展中起重要作用；MMP-7作为一个上皮性表达的蛋白，可能对子宫内膜异位症的发生起重要作用，带有MMP-7高表达的在位子宫内膜细胞更易在经血逆流中"异位"种植，增加个体子宫内膜异位症的发病风险；MMP-9虽然在本研究中没有被证实与子宫内膜异位症的发生和发展有相关性，但鉴于其它相关研究，有待于从其它方法证实MMP-9在子宫内膜异位症进展中的作用。

经阴道彩色多普勒超声鉴别子宫腺肌瘤。。。经阴道超声鉴别子宫腺肌瘤和子宫平滑。。。我院妇科于2005年1月～2006年12月开展血管性介入治疗子宫肌瘤及子宫肌腺病，改变传统的治疗子宫肌瘤及子宫肌腺病的模式，均获得较满意的效果，介入治疗的实施除了要有精湛的插管技术外，还必须依赖良好的护理，才能获得满意的效果。

ResultsThirty-one cases of intramural myoma with hysterauxesis;2 cases of submucous myoma with orbicular-ovate space-occupying mass in cavitary uteri;4 cases of subserous myoma withh CT features of clear and lobulated mass or round mass at the edge of the uterus.ConclusionCT shows the location,size of hysteromyom,and the relationship with the uterus clearly,can also provides a clinical diagnosis to doctors.

结果：壁间肌瘤31例，主要表现为子宫增大；黏膜下子宫肌瘤2例，表现为宫腔内卵圆形占位性肿块；浆膜下肌瘤4例，主要征象是子宫肿块呈明显分叶状或子宫边缘的圆形肿块；结论：CT对子宫肌瘤的位置、大小以及与子宫的关系显示比较明确，给临床医生提供重要的诊断依据。

In the normal uterus, Cytokeratins immunolabelling were detected in glandular cell, luminal epithelial cell, Vimentin immunolabelling were detected in stromal cell and endoblastic cell; CK7 immunolabelling were not detected in any tissue of the yak utenus.

研究结果显示：未妊娠时，泛角蛋白在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞、腔上皮细胞内表达，波形蛋白在子宫内膜基质细胞内表达，平滑肌肌动蛋白在子宫平滑肌和血管平滑肌内表达，牦牛子宫任何部位均不表达角蛋白7；妊娠30天左右时，泛角蛋白在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞、子宫内膜腔上皮细胞、滋养层细胞、内胚层细胞和尿囊细胞内表达，波形蛋白在子宫内膜基质细胞和内胚层细胞内表达，平滑肌肌动蛋白在子宫平滑肌和血管平滑肌内表达，角蛋白7在尿囊细胞内表达，偶尔在腔上皮细胞的细胞核边缘表达；消化法进行原代培养时，组织经胶原酶消化并通过100目和400目筛网组合可以有效地分离原代子宫内膜基质细胞和子宫内膜腺上皮细胞；分离得到的子宫内膜基质细胞活率达90%以上，并可在体外传代7次以上；分离得到的子宫内膜腺上皮细胞活率可达85%以上，并可在体外传代5次以上；RPMI1640培养基最适合子宫内膜基质细胞和子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的生长，维持子宫内膜基质细胞正常生长的FBS添加量为20%，维持子宫内膜腺上皮细胞正常生长的胎牛血清添加量为30%。

应用免疫组织化学法检测 2 0例普通型子宫平滑肌瘤，18例子宫平滑肌肉瘤及 70例交界性子宫平滑肌瘤：包括 4 0例富于细胞型子宫平滑肌瘤、13例奇异型子宫平滑肌瘤、4例核分裂活跃型子宫平滑肌瘤、10例不典型子宫平滑肌瘤及 3例恶性潜能未定型子宫平滑肌瘤的p2 1WAF1/CIP1和P5 3蛋白的表达。

The width,morphology and blood flow of endometrium were observed. Results: In endomembrane thickness, blood vessel density and resistance index, discrepancy among them has statistical significance with nonorganic disease, benign lesion and endometrial cancer.

结果：在内膜厚度、血管密度及阻力指数方面，子宫内膜癌、良性病变(各种炎症、子宫内膜增生或不典型增生、子宫内膜息肉)及非器质性改变(增生期子宫内膜、分泌期子宫内膜、萎缩性子宫内膜)两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P.05)。

Methods We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 321 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy, including 201 classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy, 24 laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy, 51 laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy, and 45 total laparoscopic hysterectomy. We compared the time of operation, the blood loss during operation and the restitution after operation in four groups, About the time of operation, the two methohs of amputating cervix were significantly longer than the two methods of remaining cervix.

对321例腹腔镜子宫切除术进行回顾性分析，其中腹腔镜鞘膜内子宫切除术201例，腹腔镜次全子宫切除术24例，腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术51例，腹腔镜全子宫切除术45例，比较4种子宫切除术式的手术时间，出血量，术后恢复的情况。

"Age is more important than type of procedure or presence of leiomyomas in predicting subsequent hysterectomy after endometrial ablation," the study authors write."Women undergoing endometrial ablation at younger than 40 years of age are at elevated risk of hysterectomy, and rather than plateauing within several years of endometrial ablation, hysterectomy risk continues to increase through 8 years of follow-up."
