The operations used in this group include neurolysis,epineurial repair,epineurial-fascicular repair,fascicular repair and nerve grafting.Results:All cases were followed-up after 18 months to 60 months and the excellent rate was 80.4％.Conclusions:Those result indicated that the preceded microsurgical repair of peripheral nerve injury is an effective method for raising the excellent rate of peripheral nerve injuries,and for vary nerve,different section of nerve injured,very nature of nerve injury,the method are vary.

Objective:To explore the methods of surgical treatment on aged hyperglycemic large bowel cancer.

目的 ：探讨老年高血糖大肠癌的外科治疗措施。方法：1992年至 1998年外科治疗的 52例老年大肠癌伴高血糖患者作回顾性分析。

Results:The positive rates of TSP- 1 mRNA in hypertrophic scars and keloid were lower than those in normal skin and surgical scar. MVC was higher in the cases with negative expression of TSP - 1 mRNA than the ones with positive expression of TSP - 1 mRNA. MVC was higher in the hyperstrophic scar and keloid than in normal skin and surgical scar.

结果TSP-1 mRNA在增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中表达的阳性率低于在正常皮肤和外科瘢痕组织中的表达(P＜0.05)；TSP-1 mRNA表达阴性病例组的MVC显著高于TSP-1 mRNA阳性病例组的MCV(P＜0.05)；增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩组织中微血管数多于正常皮肤和外科瘢痕组织的微血管。

Results For patients who had trouble in preoperative intubation, the success rate was 100% using fiberoptic bronchoscopy.（2）The success rate of taking out the heterobjectives under induction of paediatric and adult bronchoscopy was 100%.（3）Postoperative and burned patients who went through sputum suction and alveolus lavement with fiberoptic bronchoscopy healed quicker.（4）The application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy had saved dyspnea patients＇ life through sputum suction and alveolus lavement.

结果 （1）对于外科手术前插管困难者，利用气管镜进行插管成功率为100％；（2）利用小儿气管镜及成人气管镜进行气管内异物取出成功率为100％；（3）在外科手术后病人及烧伤病人吸痰、肺泡灌洗对病人的愈合缩短了时间；（4）对呼吸困难的病人吸痰、肺泡灌洗解决呼吸道通畅，挽救了病人的生命。
