objective to investigate the existence of the erythropoiesis inhibitors.methods the present study included twelve undialyzed esrd patients with anemia.the sera from the uremic patients were added to cfu-e and bfu-e culture in the concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5%.in vitro cfu-e and bfu-e growth in the presence of sera from esrd patients was compared with in the presence normal human subjects with the use of normal mice bone marrows.results the effects of the sera from uremic patients on cfu-e and bfu-e colony growth in concentrations ranging from 1.25% to 5% were investigated to be dose-dependent.the effect increased with the concentrations increasing of the sera（p＜0.05）.there were not significant inhibitory effect on the cfu-e and bfu-e growth of mice bone marrow in vitro from sera of the normal subjects.conclusion the erythropoiesis inhibitors exist in uremic sera which has a dose-dependent inhibitive effects on the growth cfu-e and bfu-e of normal mice bone marrow cells.

选择12例尿毒症肾性贫血未透析患者为试验组，另选正常健康体检者12例为正常对照组，将实验组、正常对照组血清分别稀释成不同终浓度，采用甲基纤维素细胞培养的方法对小鼠骨髓细胞进行培养，对比不同浓度血清组红系集落形成单位、红系爆式形成单位的集落数。结果在实验组中，与血清浓度为0的浓度组相比，与各浓度组血清共同培养的小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数均明显减少，且随血清浓度的增加，小鼠骨髓cfu-e和bfu-e的集落数逐渐减少，各浓度组间差异有显著性（p＜0.05）。结论尿毒症患者血清抑制小鼠骨髓红系祖细胞集落形成，随患者血清浓度的增加，抑制作用增强，具有剂量依赖性。

方法将宫颈分泌物支原体培养阳性者随机分成两组，对照组为单纯应用阿奇霉素治疗组；观察组为安尔碘液联合阿奇霉素治疗组；两组分别于治疗开始的第10天进行宫颈拭子支原体培养，阳性者间隔两周再次复查，根据培养结果，结合症状体征判断疗效。

Results: Twenty-three cases and 17 cases had one Specie Bacteria,21 and 23 cases had two species bacteria,2 and 6 cases had three Species bacteria in airway aspirates groups and BALF groups respectively.

NaCl-tolerant clones of Z. sinica and Z. matrella (LRM and LCG, could retain a few green leaves at 7.5% NaCl for 3 weeks) and two sensitive clones of Z. matrella (HB and KE, showed 100% and near 100% leaf necroses in 3% NaCl) were used for this study. Results In 136 patients, a total of 72cases sputum culture positive, the positive rate of 52.9% sputum culture for three consecutive single bacteria were 16 cases, the positive rate of 11.8%.16 patients sputum results were:hemolytic streptococcus 6 cases, 4cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Klebsiella pneumoniae in 2 cases and gas production Bacillus 2 cases , Enterobacter Bacillus 2 cases, 136 patients with 386 cases sputum culture times , 106 times positive(27.5%), and consecutive three or more times a train 4 the same bacteria ,only 42 cases(10.8%); the same single-64 cases sputum culture , which amounts to 16.6%.

结果 在136例患者，共72例痰培养阳性，阳性率52.9%，痰培养连续3次为单一细菌者为16例，阳性率为11.8%。16例患者痰菌结果分别为：溶血性链球菌6例，绿脓杆菌4例，克雷伯氏杆菌2例，产气杆菌2例，阴沟杆菌2例，136例患者386例次痰菌培养，106例次阳性（27.5%），而连续3次以上培养为相同一细菌，仅为42例次（10.8%）；非相同单一痰菌培养64例次，占16.6%。
