It is a common fact that many mid-vocational school teachers are tired of teaching.

而人才的培养者——职业学校教师也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。

In the third part, by looking into traditional roles of teachers, I mainly put forward that under the implement of mathematics course standard, the role of the mathematics teachers in high schools is the organizer, instructor, participant in the study of the students, the cultivator of the study ability of the students, the researcher of the community types, the builder of the course ,culturist of the education teaching ,the open teacher of teaching introspect. And by analyzing the factors that influence the roles of teachers, we know that the key is to improve teachers'quality.

第三部分通过对传统的教师角色的透视，笔者提出在实施数学课程标准下中学数学教师的角色主要是学生学习的组织者、指导者、参与者、学生学习能力的培养者、教学反思的实践者、教育教学的研究者、课程的建设者和开发者、社区型的开放教师，并通过分析影响教师角色定位的因素，得出教师素质及时地得以提升是促进教师角色定位的关键。

New course reforms part of requirement teacher change, liberate from inside regarding the person that knowledge imparts as part of this one core only in the past come out, become the promoter of study, the culturist of the culturist of all sorts of the person that become the excitation of student learning namely, person that coach, ability and active individual character.

新课程改革要求教师转变角色，从过去仅作为知识传授者这一核心角色中解放出来，成为学习的促进者，即成为学生学习的激发者、辅导者、各种能力的培养者和积极个性的培养者。

To meet the requirement of new period,the traditional role of facuty have to transform from the developer of brains to the culturist for students all ability;from the peddler of knowledge to the culturist of students creative;from the duplicator of talent to the teacher who teach students in accordance of their aptitude;from the culturist of professional to the culturist of generalist.

为此，大学教师的角色转换势在必行。基于时代背景和借鉴其他学者的教师角色理论，笔者认为我国的大学教师应由智力的开发者转变为全面发展人才的培养者；由知识的传递者转变为学生创新能力的培养者；由人才的塑造者转变为因材施教者；由专才培养者转变为通才培养者。

We should become trainer and facilitator of students' learning ability.

教师要成为学生学习能力的培养者和促进者。

N.养育者,鼓励者 The mother tried to foster her son's interest in music.

母亲设法培养儿子对音乐的兴趣。

In my opinion, in the new course reform, the roles of the- Chinese teachers are: 1. Imparter for the Chinese knowledge. 2. Promoter for study of students. 3. Developer for study motivation. 4. Constructor for class resources .5. Conductor for class teaching. 6. Organizer for teaching class. 7. Equal communicator with students. 8. Designer and carrier for teaching activity. 9. Valuator with fairness and justice. 10. Guider for psychological health. 11. Researcher for educational and teaching theory as well as practice.

因此，笔者提出自己的观点，认为在新课程改革中，语文教师应该是：一、语文知识的传授者；二、学生学习的促进者；三、学习动机的培养者；四、课堂资源的建构者；五、课堂教学的引导者；六、课堂教学的组织者；七、与学生平等交流的对话者；八、教学活动的设计实施者；九、公正合理的评价者；十、心理健康的指导者；十一、教育教学理论与实践的研究者。

In other words, the middle school physical teacher is the conductor and organizer of educational work ,is a instructor and monitor of the students body and mental development ,is the cultivator and prompter of athletics ,is a educator and resource of the human spiritual cultural knowledge .

教师中的一分子体育教师是学校体育工作的主要执行者和组织者，是促进学生身心全面发展，增强学生体质的组织者和指导者，是体育人才的启蒙者和培养者，是精神文明的教育者和传播者。

Mononucleated cells were isolated by means of density gradient centrifugation from 20ml peripheral blood which collected from healthy normal donor. The mononucleated cells were planted on the glass coverships or bone slices and cocultured whith UMR 106 cell line, DMEM which contented 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3, M-CSF and dexamethasone was used as the culture medium.
