Methods Using Seldinger technique method,guide Magic-BD micro-catheter with Balt detachedable rubber ball to the fistulas level,when verified the ball inside the fistula of carotid-cavernous sinus but outside the carotid artery,filled the ball fully enough with iodine material until the abnormal noise disappear and release the ball remained the internal carotid artery patent.

采用Seldinger法插入导管鞘后，用带Balt可脱球囊的magic-BD导管透视下经导引管送达瘘口水平，当球囊突然"低头"或改变方向时，表示球囊已通过瘘口，进入海绵窦。以等渗造影剂交换气体后充盈球囊至杂音消失，造影证实瘘闭塞完全，并保持颈动脉通畅。

Totally,four AMF species(Glomus mosseae,G.hoi,G.sp.1 and G.sp.2)were identifiedfrom 49 farmland soil samples.G.sp.1 and G.hoi mostly distributed in Grey Luvisol;G.mosseae mostly in Dark-Brown Chernozem;G.sp.2 mostly in Dark-Grey Chernozem.

Tetraploid embryos could be produced by electrofusion at the stage of two-cell embryos, which could develop to blastcysts fellowed by fusion of cytoplasm and nucleus and cleavage in vitro.After fusion of cytoplasm, the DNA methylation levels of the fused embryos was very high as well as two-cell diploid embryos in vivo.Then the embryos was rapiddly demethylated when the nucleus begin to fuse, resulting the lowest DNA methylation levels when the nucleus fused completely.After that, the DNA methylation levels of fused embryos were gradually increased until the blastocysts stage.However, whereas an asymmetric distribution of DNA methylation was established in an vivo-derived blastocysts with a higher methylation level in the inner cell mass than in the trophectoderm, in most vitro-derived tetraploid blastocysts, we can not detect the asymmetric distribution.

结果表明：利用电融合方法制备的小鼠四倍体胚胎在体外培养体系中经历细胞质融合、细胞核融合及细胞继续分裂发育直到囊胚期的过程，在细胞质融合的时候胚胎卵裂球同体内体外培养二倍体胚胎一样，呈现高度甲基化状态；在细胞核开始融合的时候，甲基化水平急速下降，在细胞核完全融合的时候甲基化水平达到最低点；随着胚胎继续分裂，胚胎甲基化水平逐渐增加，在囊胚期甲基化水平最高；但是囊胚期四倍体胚胎内细胞团同滋养层细胞甲基化荧光信号没有差别，这与体内体外培养二倍体囊胚内细胞团细胞甲基化荧光强度高于滋养层细胞甲基化荧光强度不同。

The second was to compare the effects of the different floating liquids on the destruction of rabbit coccidia oocysts. The results indicated that magnesium sulfate solution showed the lowest rate of coccidia oocyst destruction at 20 min; saturated salt water had the greatest rate of destruction. The destruction increased with time; in the saturated salt water and urea solution damage or deformation of a few coccidia oocysts at were observed 60 min.

其二，不同漂浮液对兔球虫卵囊破坏作用比较；结果表明20min时硫酸镁溶液对卵囊破坏率最低，破坏率最大的是饱和食盐水，随着时间延长各种破坏作用增大，60min时饱和食盐水和尿素溶液中有极少卵囊破损和卵囊变形现象。

结果：①兔眼后发性白内障形成情况：术后不同时期裂隙灯下观察可见术后前3d前房内炎症反应明显，虹膜充血；术后1周可见前囊截缘出现白色环状混浊，但后囊尚透明；术后2周后囊呈薄纱状；1个月出现线条状混浊，2～3个月成条索状混浊，术后5个月后囊明显混浊。

Results Of total 8 cases, 4 eases were located in the side of cerebral falx or sinus,2 eases in the convexity of the brain,1 ease in the sphenoidal erest,1 ease in the tentoriam of cerebellum the main findings were as followes: 4 eases were cystic tumores with obvious enhancement in the substant parts; 2 eases were shown as eystoma with the wall knot enhanced obviously; cystic tumores were found in 2 eases with the wreath form enhance; peritumoral edemaarea in 2 ease, hyperostosis were seen in 3 eases.

结果 本组8例囊性脑膜瘤均为良性，肿瘤位于镰旁／窦旁4例，大脑凸面2例，蝶骨嵴1例，小脑幕1例。其主要CT表现有：囊实性肿块，实质部分强化明显，4例；有壁结节的囊性病变，增强时壁结节强化明显，2例；环形强化的囊性肿块2例；瘤周伴水样低密度区2例，邻近骨质增生硬化3例。
