KM strain mice immunosuppressed with 7. 5～10mg/L DEX in drinking water had the higher oocysts output and fewer dead than other groups.(4) There was no significant difference infection rate between groups inoculated with different number CSO and groups inoculated CSO with conserved different time. Trial were divided into control, groups of 50mg/kg /d, 100 mg/kg /d and 200 mg/kg /d dose of the drug to study the anticryptosporidial activities of nitazoxanide in an immunosuppressed mice model. The experimental results showed the treatment with 200mg/kg bw /day was significant inhibition of oocyst excretion. To detect the two cryptosporidiums strain C.

实验结果表明：C.parvum虫种能够感染上本实验所采用的BALB／c和昆明小白鼠两种小鼠，而C.andersoni没有能够感染本次实验小鼠；且从小鼠感染后的排卵囊量和小鼠的生存状态来看，采用5～6周龄的KM鼠能获得最大量的隐孢子虫卵囊，小鼠的死亡数最少；每升饮水中地塞米松量为7.5mg～10mg组比12.5mg以上组小鼠死亡数量少，比5mg／L以下组排卵囊数量多；接种不同卵囊数和卵囊的保存时间这两个参数均对小鼠受感染后的排卵囊情况影响不大。

Results: Both sides of elder hernia sac became constrictive because of fibrosis caused by A ring, C ring chronic inflammation, which made hiatal hernia sac dilate like a expanded balloon, 7 cases were manifested stenotic at the two ends. Lithiasis in the hiatal hernia sac display of filling defect the same as the smoothly sac without aerogenic powder. Long axis of filling defect were accorded with that of esophagous, the sign could be described as "cast mould" of esophagous hiatal hernia sac.

结果：由于老年性疝囊两端的A环、C环在长期慢性炎症的刺激下纤维化而狭窄，使疝囊膨胀表现为&吹气球征&，7例疝囊上下两端狭窄。7例疝囊内结石未服用产气粉前表现为与疝囊同等大小且边缘光滑的充盈缺损，充盈缺损的长轴与食道长轴方向基本一致，呈现&食管疝囊铸型征&。

After selective extraction, the cyst wall of two kind of resting cysts displayed a filament network. In the resting cysts of Tachysoma pellionella and Euplotes encysticus, the filament was located in mesocyst and endocyst respectively. On the other hand, a special filament scaffold region was observed below the cyst wall in two kind of cysts. Compared with the true IF which was located in central part of cyst, the filament of this region was net as well as uniform, and no any cytoplasm residue can be seen in this region. In the resting cyst of Euplotes encysticus, a filamental boundry which partitioned the special filament scaffold region and the true IF region was observed.

Objective:to explore the evaluation of color doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of renal cystic disease.methods:theultrasonographic finds of cystic renal cancer in 4 cases,renal cyst in 30 cases, renal tuberculosis in 3 cases,nephropyosis in 8 cases,renal hydatid in 2 cases were analyzed.compared with each other in size,shape,edge, echo of cyst wall and cyst water,intracapsular membrane,blood flood.results:two-dimensional and color ultrasonography are helpful in showing the characteristic of structure and blood flow.the signal of blood flow can be found in cystic wall.node of cystic wall and intracapsular membrane of cystic renal cancer.the rate ofintracapsular membrane and node of cystic wall is higher than nephropyosis,renal tuberculosis and cystic renal disease.

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在肾脏囊性病变鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：对临床和病理证实的4例囊性肾癌，8例肾脓肿，2例肾包虫，3例肾结核，30例肾囊肿的二维超声及彩色多普勒超声表现进行了分析，对每例病灶的大小、形态、边界、囊壁回声、囊液回声、囊内分隔及彩色血流的有无、性质进行比较。结果：二维超声和彩色多普勒超声可以反映肾脏囊性病变的结构特征及血流特征。

The positve rates in serous carcinomas and borderline tumors were 39.3% and 55.6%, significantly lower than that in benign tumors and normal ovaries (P.05), but the statistical differences were not found between borderline tumors and serous carcinomas, benign tumors and normal ovaries.2 WWOX mRNA and protein expression in ovarin seruous tumors2.1 WWOX mRNA expression in ovarin seruous tumors The result of RT-PCR showed that WWOX mRNA expression were detected in 29 of 32 ovarian serous benign tumors, 12 of 16 ovarian serous borderline tumors, and 21 of 45 ovarian serous carcinomas respectively.

Results While the ES lumen and perisaccular region were infiltrated with mononeuclear-phagocyte at the 3rd day post-vaccination, plasmocyte and lymphatic cells become the predominant infiltrating cells in the ES at the 7th day. The KLH in the ES lumen were phagocytized at the 3-7th day post-vaccination. S-phase cells and IgG positive cells in ES increased markedly in the 3rd day and 7-14 days post-vaccination respectively with similar localization.

Tubes can be cuffed or uncuffed. Cuffed tubes are appropriate for adults andolder children. Study of the mesh selectivity of diamond and square mesh codend of two-stick swingnet;2. In order to assess the size selectivity for fishes of beam trawl fishing in offshore of the East China Sea,experiments of codends with different mesh configuration,including diamond mesh, square mesh and turned through 90° diamond mesh(T90) in 4 sea trials have been carried out and catch data were collected by comparative fishing method.

Of the 12 patients with basal ganglia and/or capsular lesions, one patient had involvement of the caudate nucleus and the adjacent anterior limb of the internal capsule without any other parenchymal abnormality. In the other 11 cases, the posterior limb of the internal capsule alone (n = 4) or together with the external capsule and putamen (n = 3) or with the globus pallidus (n = 4) were affected. In all 11 of these patients, additional MDJ and/or thalamic-hypothalamic lesions were also found.
