Common buckwheat ( F. esculentum ) is an allogamy crop, which is heterogony. There is heterogeneity in the species. To reveal the genetic diversity within cultivar population, In order to explore the sampling strategy that can reveal genetic diversity of buckwheat resources on the molecular level. PCR with intron-splice junction primers and long random primers was employed to reveal the genetic diversity within nine common buckwheat varieties and one tartary buckwheat cultivar population among different individuals. We established the sampling strategy in its genetic diversity study. Then we used the established sampling strategy, and the same PCR markers technique,to analysis the genetic diversity of 86 common buckwheat resources, the main results are as follows

甜荞是花柱异长自交不亲和的异花授粉作物，品种内存在一定的异质性，为了准确揭示甜荞遗传资源的遗传多样性，本研究采用因子分析法对86份甜荞遗传资源农艺性状数据进行分析；采用长随机引物和内含子切接点引物的PCR分子标记技术，对9个甜荞品种和1个苦荞品种不同个体间的遗传多样性进行了分析，建立了甜荞资源遗传多样性研究的取样策略；并利用建立的取样策略，采用PCR标记技术，对这86份甜荞资源的遗传多样性进行了分析，取得如下主要结果

In all 22 loci detected, 18 and 11 loci are polymorphic between and within cultivar, respectively.

所使用的SSR分子标记共可侦测到21个基因座，其中有18个基因座在品种间表现多型性，有11个基因座在品种内表现多型性。

The main chemical compositions of tea flower were studied. It is the first time to determine the levels of protein, reducing saccharides and SOD activity in different blooming stages of tea flowers collected from three cultivars of Camellia sinensis with different picking time. Results showed that there were significant differences among cultivars and blooming stages, as well as the change of these chemical constituents along with time. Consequently we selected the right cultivar that has high protein, reducing saccharides or SOD activity and the fitting deflower time.

本文研究了茶花中主要化学成分的含量，首次对不同茶树品种、开花状态和采摘时间的茶花中蛋白质、还原糖含量，以及SOD活力进行系统研究，明确了不同茶树品种、不同开花状态茶花中蛋白质、还原糖含量和SOD活力的差异，以及这些化学成分随时间的变化规律，从而筛选出了高蛋白质、还原糖含量，以及高SOD活力的茶树品种和适宜的采花时间。

After pollinated 50days the result indicated that fruit shape index weight of single fruit and volume of single fruit on Suli pear variety during fruit growth were significant different because of pollex xenia action of some of different varieties pollinating on Suli pear variety .

选用当前生产中推广的8个梨优良品种给酥梨授粉，授粉后50d调查分析，结果显示：由于授粉品种的花粉直感作用，使得酥梨果实的果形指数，单果重及体积发生变化，一些品种间存在着显著差异。

In the low B condition of the soilless culture, rapeseed seedlings were short of B, the seedlings were short and the leaves were malformed and the weight of the shoots decreased, the branch roots were fewer and snuff color, the weight of roots decreased, and the length of root and the ratio of shoot/root decreased, too. However, the high B- efficiency type of rapeseed had the a great ability to the low B stress, the growth of shoots and roots were better than the low efficiency, and the B concentration range of the rapeseed varieties which responded to the B scarce was 0.001 mg/L to 0.01 mg/L.

To investigate the relationships between the tolerance difference to high temperature stress and superoxide dismutases in different cultivars of Celosia cristata, ten-leaf stage seedlings of the heat-tolerant cultivar, Century Green and the heat-sensitive cultivar, Century copper were pulsed for 48 h with diethyldithiocarbamate pretreatment and subjected to high temperature stress under controlled conditions of relative humidity of 75%~90%, 12 h/24 h photoperiod with 1 500 lx and 45 ℃, to research the changes of external morphology and interior physiology.

The variation rates of four wheat lines were 2%~3%. The characters of SP1 variation plants at maturity stage also appeared big changes. SP1 variation plants had short growing period, high seed setting rate, loose plant-type and clavated spike-type. There were not consistent change in plant height, the number of spike grain and the weight of 1000 kernel among four lines.

The DNA methylation level in stem apices of the spring radish cultivar'Duanye 13'was somewhat easy to be decreased by low temperature treatment, but that of the winter radish cultivar'Yidianhong'did not decrease when the germinated seeds were treated at 10℃ for 10 days.
