The system could provide the real-time information on occurrence of more than 60 different kinds of diseases and pests in wheat, corn, rice, potato, sorghum and millet of China as well as diagnosing, knowledge providing and short-term controlling decision for nine kinds of important diseases and insect pests, including powdery mildew, sharp eyespot and scab of wheat, rice blast, rice false smut, potato late blight, aphids, grain gall midge of wheat and corn borer, based on crop resistance, primary level of pests and short-term weather forecast.

本系统能够对小麦、玉米、水稻、马铃薯、高粱和谷子6种主要粮食作物的60余种病虫害进行实时监测、预警、诊断、提供植保知识，能够对年度间同期病情、虫情做出图形比较，可将抽象的预警数据转化成清晰简明的点图式电子地图，直观明了地显示病虫害发生点数及地域分布，可根据品种的抗病虫性、病虫害发生基数和未来天气预报等信息对小麦白粉病、赤霉病、纹枯病、稻瘟病、稻曲病、马铃薯晚疫病、麦蚜、小麦吸浆虫和玉米螟9种重要病虫害做出短期防治决策，系统的运行有助于提高人们对主要粮食作物病虫害管理的科学水平。

The number of pericycle cells in protoxylem of RM109 reduces to the 77% of that of Oochikara ; the number of vessel in metaxylem increases, and the number of vessel Ⅰ is the 149% of that of Oochikara ; the number of vessel Ⅱ is the 321% of that of Oochikara ; and the vessels arrange disorderly.

Analysis indicated that the ratios of the Cd forms extracted by ethanol and by deionized water in root, and the ratios of soluble Cd in root cell showed accordancy with the ratio of Cd transported from root to aboveground parts, and also the ratios of the Cd forms extracted by ethanol and by deionized water in stem, and the ratios of soluble Cd in stem cell showed accordancy with the ratio of Cd translocated from rice straw to grain.

分析表明，两供试品种根组织中乙醇提取态和去离子水提取态Cd的比例及根细胞中可溶性Cd的比例与根系吸收的Cd向地上部的分配比例存在一致性；茎组织中乙醇提取态和去离子水提取态Cd的比例及茎细胞中可溶性Cd的比例与植株地上部积累的Cd向籽粒分配的比例间存在一致性。

Orientale additional and substitutional lines. chromosome number of 96 BC2 F3 individuals were accounted. Fifteen plants with 2n= 43 and eight plants with 2n= 44 were checked out. GISH results of the individuals with 43 chromosomes showed that they blonged to three different monosomic additions. Two disomic additions, ine double-monosomic addition, one trible- monosomic addition and one monosomic addition were found in the 2n = 44 individuals. One double-monosomic substitution and one monosomic sustitution were obtained.

为了筛选小麦-旱麦草异附加系、异代换系，对普通小麦品种Fukuho×东方旱麦草属间杂种的BC2F3代材料的96粒种子进行了染色体数目的检测，共检出15粒2n=43的种子，8粒2n=44的种子，进一步对以上材料进行的基因组DNA原位杂交，共鉴定出3个单体附加系，2个二体附加系，1个双单体附加，1个小麦三体单体附加，1个附加3条东方旱麦草染色体的小麦单体，在染色体数为42的个体中，检测出1个单体代换，1个双单体代换。

The canopy structure and leaf morphological characters of 4 sugarcane genotypes at different leaf layers on seedling were studied by using CI-100 plant canopy instrument and CI-203 area meter instrument. The results showed the leaf morphological parameters, canopy structure and radiation transmission at different leaf layers were notably different among different genotypes. The variation of Ila, Amfi, Dl at different leaf layers were mainly caused by the leaf width at relevant position. The variation of K at different leaf layers was related to Amfi and Dl. The variation of Td（transm. coef. for diffuse penetration）had significant correlations with Ila, Amfi and Dl. The variation of Tr（transm. coef. for radiation penetration）had significant correlations with Dl, leaf width and the ratio of leaf length to width. The variation of Par had significant correlations with Ila, leaf area, leaf width and the ratio of leaf length to width.

摘要利用CI-100数字植物冠层分析仪和CI-203叶面积分析仪测定了4个甘蔗品种不同叶位层的冠层参数和相应叶位叶片的形态特征，结果表明：不同基因型不同叶位层间叶片形态、冠层空间结构和冠层辐射特征存在显著差异，不同叶位层叶面积指数、叶簇倾角和叶分布的变化主要由冠层内不同叶位叶片叶宽的变化引起，而不同叶位层消光系数的变化主要与叶簇倾角和叶分布有关；散射光透过系数的变化主要与叶面积指数、叶簇倾角和叶分布有关，直射光透过系数的变化主要与叶分布、叶宽、长宽比有关，光合有效辐射的变化与叶面积指数、叶面积、叶宽、长宽比有关。

Variety widely cultivated in south China,were studied by foliar 1.5 g L-1 CCC application after pot planting virus-free plantlets at the stage of budding.It was found that at the stage of tuber bulking,spraying CCC plays a prominent regulating role in the photosynthesis of Zhongshu 3.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatic conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of leaves were superior to those of the control.CCC markedly increased the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid.CCC significantly increased the leaf photosynthetic productivity and improved economic yield.

Research on Keeping Quality of Different Flesh Types of Prunus persica L.Niu Liang, Wang Zhiqiang, Liu Shu'e, Song YinhuaAbstract: Effects of post-harvest cold storage and Modified Atmosphere Package on fruit hardness, weight losing and soluble solid content of different peach or nectarine varieties were investigated. The results showed that:(1) There were obviously differences of fruit hardness among varieties of different flesh types. In room temperature, FH of '24-30' and 'Zhongtao No.2' went down slower than 'Zhongyoutao No.5' and 'Zhongyoutao No.10'. In cold storage, '24-30', FH of Zongyoutao No.5' and 'Zhongyoutao No.10' descent quickly after 2 weeks of storage while that of 'Shuguang' and 'Zhongtao No.2' quickly descent just after storage.(2) MA package could effectively slow down the decreasing of FH. There were obvious differences among different varieties while 'Zhongyoutao No.10' was less sensitive than others.(3) Soluble solid content went down after harvest and the procedure was slower in lower temperature. In room, MA package seems accelerate the descendent of SSC.

采用不同肉质类型的桃、油桃果实为材料，对采后低温和自发气调包装等对果实硬度、失重和SSC含量等的变化进行了研究，结果表明：(1)不同类型桃、油桃采后果实硬度变化差异较大，常温下24-30和中桃2号果实硬度下降较慢，而中油桃5号、10号较快，在冷库低温条件下，24-30、中油桃5号和中油桃10号两周后硬度出现迅速下降，而曙光和中桃2号在贮藏后即迅速下降，带皮硬度与去皮硬度之间有一定差异，但变化趋势基本一致；(2)MA包装能有效地延缓采后桃、油桃果实硬度的降低，在常温及低温条件下均是如此，不同肉质类型间差异明显，曙光和中桃2号非常敏感，而中油桃10号则不太敏感，即MA包装对其果实硬度降低的延缓没有其它品种明显；(3)采后桃、油桃果实的SSC含量均有一定的降低，低温下该过程较慢，MA包装在常温下有加剧SSC下降的趋势，低温下则不明显，这可能与常温下采后立即进行MA包装不利于&田间热&及呼吸热的及时散发而加剧呼吸有关。
