为了用数值模拟方法来弥补传统实验方法的不足，达到从单个颗粒的尺度上来研究流化床中颗粒的运动和气体流场的剧烈变化情况的目的，本论文建立了基于用Newton第二定律计算单个颗粒运动轨迹的离散颗粒法和基于区域平均值的计算流体动力学方法的数学模型的建立和求解过程；并依据Newton第三定律建立了DPM模型和CFD模型的耦合模型，编写和调试了DPM和CFD的耦合程序。

研究大鹏湾夜光藻、反曲原甲藻、浮游动物种群增殖与浮游动物和海水理化因子之间的关系，采用的方法是根据它们的种群增殖态势与浮游动物和理化因子的比较，依据空间理论的数学基础，按照规范性、偶对称性、整体性和接近性这四条原则，确定参考数列（母序列：夜光藻和反曲原甲藻、浮游动物）和若干比较数列（子序列：浮游动物和海水理化因子）之间的关联度。

The contrastive research is fully conducted from Chapter Four to Chapter Six. Chapter Four studies negation in English and in Chinese at the lexical level, which can be further divided into three sublevels, namely, morpheme, word, and phrase. Chapter Five studies negative sentences, explicit negative form at the syntacticlevel. And the study covers the classification, syntactic feature, nonassertive/assertive items, scope/focus of negation, two important tendencies, and some common special negative sentences. Chapter Six focuses on the implied negative sentences in English. According 10 devices employed to achieve negation, implied negative sentences are divided into four categories, namely, implied negative sentences by grammatical devices, by semantic devices, by rhetorical devices, and by pragmatic devices.

从第四章到第六章具体地展开了英汉否定对比研究：第四章的研究在词汇平面上进行，分为语素、词语和词组：第五章对比研究了在句子平面上英汉否定中的显式现象—否定句，主要涉及否定句句法特征和分类、句型转换、否定范围和否定焦点、全句否定和局部否定、转移否定、双重否定、部分否定和全部否定、强调否定和否定问句回答等方面；第六章集中研究了英语含蓄否定句，按照一个含蓄否定句采用何种手段实现意义上的否定进行一下分类，把含蓄否定句分为四类—通过语法手段实现的含蓄否定句，通过语义手段实现的含蓄否定句，通过修辞手段实现的含蓄否定句，通过语用手段实现的含蓄否定句。

In this report, we analyzed the cellular and noncellular findings of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in 18 cases with IPF, 12 patients with Sar and 9 healthy volunteers as conirols, using immunohistochemicat staining, we also have estimted collagen typeⅠ and type Ⅲ semiquantitatively in transbronchial lung biopsy specimens from 25 patients with IPF and 10 normal lung tissue. The aim of this investigation is to select the criteria for evaluating the disease actiity.

本文对18例IPF、12例Sar和9例正常对照者的支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞成份和非细胞成份进行了检测和分析，同时对10例正常肺和25例IPF患者经支气管肺活检的肺组织标本，应用免疫组化方法、半定量剂检测其中Ⅰ型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原的含量结合临床治疗效果，对有助于疾病活动性判断的指标进行了筛选和进一步的评价。

The result shows that the requirements and testing methods for flammability of building materials are similar between the United State and Canada, and they mainly are engaged in the test of combustibility and flame spread. In European Union, a new classification system for flammability of building materials was implemented in 2001, which includes two systems; one is for floor coverings and the other for all other building units. In Japan, the interior materials are classified into non-combustible, quasi noncombustible and fire-retardant materials according to Cone Calorimeter method (ISO 5660). China has established a non-combustible test, a three-class classification system for combustible wall and ceiling interior finishing materials and a two-class classification system for combustible floor coverings.

Selecting proper single valued variable separation functions in the 2+1 variable separation solutions,we construct many types of single valued coherent soliton structures such as dromion,dromion lattice,solitoff,2-solitoff,static and kinetic breather,instanton,compacton, peakon,and so on.The interactions among these coherent localized excitations including the collisions of compaction and compacton,peakon and peakon,line soliton and y-periodic soliton,dromion and dromion,dromion and solitoff,et al,are investigated analytically and graphically,and found that can be elastic and nonelastic respectively,which reveal various exotic and important nonlinear characters and interaction properties.
