This study showed that the most important fitness indicator for Taiwan is the amount of physical activity, including time and intensity of participation. The first concern of government should be the increase in number of people participating in physical activity and to make exercise as part of life style. Increased amount of physical activity could reduce the risk for many chronic diseases. The yearly fitness test should focus on the amount of physical activity conducted, the socioeconomic information, and the baffler of engaging physical activity.

本研究的结果显示，当前我国最重要的课题应在於提升运动人口，培养国民运动习惯，最重要的体适能指标应为身体活动量，包括参与运动的时间和强度；增加身体活动量可降低各种慢性病罹患机率，每年的体适能检测应以调查民众身体活动量为主，并包含社会经济地位与参与身体活动的限制因素等资料，以作为制定政策的参考。

The first disadvantage of MMI device is wavelength sensitive, which leads to restricted applications. To reduce the wavelength insensitivity in optical network applications, the demand of light source with a specific wavelength is needed, especially for power splitters. For this reason, a wideband criterion for MMI splitter is proposed. The basic principle is based on reducing the interference length difference and making it shorter than the spot size for constructive mode interference. Simulation results show the spectra of proposed MMI splitter is wide enough (1.26-1.61um) to cover the fiber communication band and the size of the splitter is more compact than that of the conventional MMI or Y-branch splitter.

多模干涉元件的第一个缺点为波长敏感，此缺点会限制其在实际上的用途；因元件在网路上的应用时，通常都需要降低波长敏感性，以减低对光源波长准确性的要求；有鉴於此，本论文提出多模干涉分光器的宽频标准；基本原理是建立在缩短其多模干涉区的长度差，并使之小於建设性干涉的光点大小；透过模拟后发现，操作频宽可涵盖光纤通信全波段(1.26-1.61um)，且长度小於Y形分支结构的分光器。

For a long time, it is a main factor to hamper the real-time application of SHET. The research is carried on aiming to quickening convergence speed. The automatic-changing Homotopy algorithm is proposed in the dissertation. The algorithm, which can change the solving method based on fundamental component, has the advantages of large convergence domain, high convergence rate and high precision. Many trigonometric functions are contained in the mathematical model, during solving equation, the calculated speed and the precision are affected by the calculations of trigonometric functions.

特定谐波消除技术的数学模型是一组非线性方程组，长期以来，方程的求解一直是限制该技术实时应用的关键因素，本文针对特定消谐方程组的快速求解进行细致的研究，提出自动变同伦算法，该算法可根据基波幅值的取值范围来决定采用的求解方法，其对求解方法的可选择性使该算法与其它算法相比具有计算速度快、收敛域宽、计算精度高等优点。

In this thesis, there are 3 unprecedented distributions: first, we propose the innovative concept by using the disutility characteristic of virus; second, we breakthrough the restriction that only taking the single parameter into consideration, and we take the total system viewpoints into consideration to discuss its characteristics; third, instead of quantification, experimentation, and sub-data collection, we do the research through the interview and the field work.

Through analysis and arrangement, the main points are listed as the following: First, the rule of power allocation of corporate organs related to compulsive rules should be directly manipulated under law, and those related to "autonomy of will" should be dealt with constitution mandated by the conference of shareholders, which should be stated clearly by law; Second, referring to the content of power allocation of corporate organs, the due difference allocation should be made for limited liability companies and joint stock limited liability companies respectively; Third, the law should confirm the theoretical and practical significance of the expansion of powers of the board of directors, which means division and re-arrangement of the company's powers; Forth, legislation should limit the dominant shareholders' rights in order to secure the automatic ability of company and improve the environment of corporate governance.

本文通过分析整理，得出主要观点如下：（1）公司机关权力配置规则，涉及属于公司"强行性"的规则应由法律直接规制，而属于"任意型"或"赋权型"的规则，可由股东大会授权以章程的形式解决，法律应明确确立该形式的合法地位；（2）针对公司机关权力配置的内容，法律应分别在有限责任公司和股份有限公司之间合理配置和差别配置；（3）董事会权力的扩大是公司权力的分化和权力内容的重新组合，法律应肯定其积极的实践意义和理论意义；（4）立法应限制控股股东的权力，充分保证公司的自治能力，从而改善公司治理结构环境。
