方法将大鼠右侧腓总神经在胭窝处剪除约5mm后，将断裂的腓总神经近端和远端分别就近与同侧胫神经上的外膜窗施行端侧吻合，吻合口间距约10mm；动物存活24个月后，将手术侧近端吻合口以上胫神经剪断，再将辣根过氧化物酶注入远段腓总神经干内，72h后取材并经四甲基联苯胺显色显示脊髓L3-6节段神经元和L4、L5脊神经节细胞，同时取腓总神经远段行电镜观察神经纤维再生状态。

Methods: Selected 93 confirmed cases with hypospadias during May 2003 to Sep 2009. Patients in balanic type were treated with meatal advancement and glandularp lasty; patients with urethra orifice at 2/3 of corpus penis accompanied with slight chordee of penis were treated with Snodgrass method or Onlay method; patients with severe chordee of penis were treated with Duckett method; patients in scrotum or perineum type were treated with combination of Duplay and Duckett; severe hypospadia patients were treated with curved pedicle penis-scrotum and skin flap urethroplasty; patients with good outer plate of ventral prepuce and chordee of penis were treated with ventral pedicle hooded foreskin flap.

选取2003年5月～2008年9月期间收治的93例确诊尿道下裂患者，对阴茎头型患者采用尿道口前移、阴茎头成形法；尿道口在阴茎体外2/3段伴有阴茎轻度下弯者采用尿道板纵切卷管法或加盖岛状皮板法（Snodgrass术或On-lay术）；有严重阴茎下弯的所有阴茎体型采用横裁或纵裁包皮岛状皮瓣尿道成形；阴囊型或会阴型用阴囊中缝皮管加横裁包皮岛状皮瓣成形尿道（Duplay联合Duckett术）；对重度尿道下裂患儿采用弧形带蒂阴茎阴囊联合皮瓣尿道成形术；对腹侧包皮外板发育良好患儿及合并阴茎下曲的患儿采用腹侧带蒂帽状包皮皮瓣法。

175例胃大部切除术后患者采用胃十二指肠小吻合口，小弯侧瓣向后旋转，使残胃小弯侧瓣口成为后壁之中点，残胃与十二指肠对端吻合的方法。

The edgewise technique was used to align and level the upper and lower arches gradually and upright the lower incisors. Then, modified LeFort Ⅰ osteotomy was operated with 4 cases pterygomaxillary disjunction and the other 2 cases not. The maxillas were not moved during the operation and sutured mucoperiosteum at the same place. After 3-5 days latency period, elastic distraction about 700g/side and increasing to 1400g/side gradually, was started with two cases which the maxillas were not cut off totally.

术后经过3—5天的延迟期即开始牵引，2例行不完全截开术者，采用弹性牵引，力量从700g／侧逐渐增加至1500g／侧；4例行完全骨截开术者，首先采用刚性牵引和口外牵引钩，每天缩短牵引钢丝1mm，2例直接达到矫治要求，其余2例达到浅覆盖后，截去口外牵引钩，换弹性牵引和口内牵引钩继续前牵上颌骨。

During open/close movement, the distance of condylar movement is smaller than normal occlusion(P.05). During protrusion/retrusion movement, protrusion extent increase,the distance of condylar movement is bigger than normal occlusion(P.05). During lateral excursion, the trace in sagittal plane of the non-working side condyle is more incline than protrusion movement trace and the distance of the left non-working side condylar movement is larger than the right. During mediotrusion/right movement, the left biggest space distance is larger than normal occlusion and the transversal condylar inclination is smallar than normal occlusion when the distance of condylar movement is 5mm, the difference is statistically significant.

在开闭口运动时，双侧髁突运动幅度减小、位移量小于正常牙合者(P.05)；前伸后退运动时，前伸幅度增加，位移量大于正常牙合者(P.05)；侧方运动时，非工作侧髁突在矢状面上的轨迹较前伸轨迹向前下方倾斜度增加，非工作侧髁突空间位移左侧大于右侧，向右侧方运动中，左侧髁突空间位移大于正常牙合者，髁突位移5mm时水平面髁突倾斜度小于正常牙合者，差异有统计学意义。

During operation, an intranasal and marginal combining incision was made to expl ore the alar cartilages and to from a mucosal-cartilage flap in the nasal vest ibule. After the deformity of septal cartilage and the abnormalities of the alar base on the cleft side were repaired, the total alar cartilage was repositioned and rotated with suspension and V-Y advancement to correct the nasal deformiti es. Results Since 1993, a total of 92 cases were treated by the above p rocedure and satisfactory results were obtained.
