Today, on this new anniversary of the People's War initiated on May 17, 1980, a date engraved in the History of our people as the day of the Initiation of Armed Struggle, we, from here, want to once more reaffirm us in our Great Leadership, Chairman Gonzalo, in our principles and in our Party, the glorious Communist Party of Peru, as red soldiers of Chairman Gonzalo, with a total commitment, a clear mind and an inextinguishable passion serving the fulfillment of the Party plans and the greater development of the People's War, which continues it unstoppable march toward the Countrywide Seizure of Power.
