After a two-week screening period, 18 patients participated in a four-week as-required regimen of 2 mg apomorphine SL, escalated to 3 mg when appropriate after two weeks. Three patients (16.7%) benefited from this treatment modality ( P .05). The nonresponding group of 15 patients continued with a daily regimen of 2 mg apomorphine SL for two weeks followed by 3 mg daily for two weeks. The 3 mg daily regimen was more effective for ED ( P .02) and for each sexual domain scored with the International Index of Erectile Function questionnaire. Adverse events, as reported by three patients (23%) during the 3 mg regimen, were nausea, dizziness, and headache.

脾肾两虚型主要表现为面色萎黄、腰膝酸痛、潮热、体倦乏力、健忘、自汗、烦躁易怒、患侧上肢麻木、舌质淡、舌苔薄、脉弦、脉细；有病无证型为乳腺癌术后，无明显不适，舌质淡、舌苔薄、脉弦或细；肾虚血瘀型主要主要表现为腰膝酸痛、健忘、易醒、术口麻木、患侧上肢麻木、经色暗红、多梦、体倦乏力、烦躁易怒、潮热、性欲减退、口干、失眠、舌质暗、舌下脉络青紫、舌苔薄、脉细。

RESULTS: Symptoms of all the patients undergoing bone marrow stem cell transplantation were alleviate to a certain extent. Edema and feeling of ponderosity were moderated evidently. Cicatricle was softened. The difference of affected and unaffected sides its upper limb dropsy patients was (9.2±1.4) cm before treatment, and (3.5±0.9) cm after 3 months of treatment. The difference of affected and unaffected sides in lower limb dropsy patients was (8.2±1.3) cm before treatment, and (3.7±0.6) cm after 3 months of treatment.

结果：所有接受自体骨髓干细胞移植的患者，症状均有不同程度的改善，肢体肿胀明显消退，肢体沉重感减轻，瘢痕软化，上肢水肿患者术前健侧与患侧差值为(9.2±1.4)cm，治疗后3个月为(3.5±0.9)cm，下肢水肿患者术前健侧与患侧差值为(8.2±1.3)cm，治疗后3个月为(3.7±0.6)cm。

The result were: 1. 46% of the study cases were male, and 54% were female. Their average age was 44 years old. 75% of the study cases had education above high school. The most common relationship of the study cases to the patients were children or spouses. 64% of the study cases were the families, who decided DNR for the patients.

However, among students in the elementary schools (n=552), the prevalence of myopia was 22.5%(25/111) in the darkness group, 23.1%(94/427) in the night-light group, and 21.4%(3/14) in the room-light group. Among children in the kindergartens (n=352), the prevalence of myopia was 6.1%(2/33), 13.5%(40/297), and 9.1%(2/22), respectively.

The results showed an increased mean jitter value, fiber density and abnormal percentage both in EDC and AT muscles in group 1 and II diabetic patients comparing to the normal controls. Of 299 patients in this retrospective study, most had mild stenosis and no need for surgery.Dr. Oldenburg told Medscape that the study also included patients who were not good operative candidates."I think that patients with mild stenosis who are poor operative candidates is a good option. Unfortunately, the chances of LESI being beneficial for patients with severe stenosis are far less."

The follow-up periods were various from 6m to 21m. The apical MTA barrier technique was used to manage pulpless permanent teeth with incomplete root formation. The postoperative radiographs showed complete repair of periradicular tissue in 5 of 7 teeth and improvement obviously in other 2 teeth. Only one case (1 tooth) had a 3mm periodontal pocket in four perforation repair cases. The lesion at the perforation sites was improved obviously.

追踪观察时间为6-21月。4例穿孔修补的病例，均为延迟修补，除一例为根尖1／3处的病理性吸收外，其余患牙的穿孔部位位于牙根的冠1／3或根分叉处，一例6m复查时有3mm的牙周袋形成，其余患牙骨吸收暗影均明显缩小。7例根尖发育不全并无髓牙的病例均为成人，5例根尖暗影完全消失，2例明显缩小。

Results: Restaging showed 14 cases with stage ⅢA disease, 11 with stage ⅢC, 1 with stage IVA and 3 with stage IVB. The overall 5-year survival for all patients was 48.3%, and for stage Ⅲ patients was 52%. There were four patients with stage IV disease, three of them died during the follow-up. In addition, the overall 5- year survival rate was statistically higher in grade 1 and 2 than in grade 3 in superficial myometrial invasion and in the radiation group.

结果：重新病理分期后有14名患者为第ⅢA 期、11名患者为第ⅣC期、1 名为第ⅣA期、 3名为第ⅣB期，全部病患五年整体的存活率为48.3%；第三期病患的五年存活率为52%；而4名第四期的患者有3名死亡；五年存活率在细胞分化度佳、浅肌层侵犯、辅助放疗等情形下有显著差异；高龄病息亦可见低的五年存活率，但未达显著差异。
