OBJECTIVE To design and develop a clinical pharmacokinetics and individual drug dosage regimens system CPKDP program for estimating individual pharmacokinetic parameters and optimizing individualizing dosage regimens using routine clinical data of plasma levels. METHODS According to the principle of population pharmacokinetics and Bayes" formula, CPKDP program was written with FOXPRO 2.6 and BORLAND C++ 3.1, and was run on 486 microcomputer with UCDOS 5.0. RESULTS CPKDP program was adapted for drugs with different characteristics of pharmacokinetics, and for single dose or multiple dose administration. Using 1 or 2 measured drug concentrations, individual patient"s pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated based on population-average pharm-acokinetic parameters. CONCLUSION CPKDP program is applied for estimating pharmacokinetic parameters and optimizing drug therapy in individual patients.

目的为利用临床常规监测的血药浓度数据估算病人的个体药动学参数，优化给药方案，设计、研制了临床药动学给药个体化系统CPKDP程序方法依据群体药动学原理及Bayes公式，CPKDP程序用FOXPRO 2.6和BORLAND C++ 3.1开发，在希望汉字系统UCDOS 5.0平台上运行结果CPKDP程序适用于具有不同药动学特征的多种药物，适用于不同给药途径的单剂量或多剂量给药在群体药动学参数的基础上，结合病人个体特征，以1，2个血药浓度作为反馈，即可拟合估算个体药动学参数，优化给药方案结论经初步应用，CPKDP程序是应用Bayes反馈法开展临床个体化给药工作非常实用的工具

In the present paper, we determined the mitochondrial DNA sequence 539bp of the high variable I D-loop regions(mtDNA HVS-I) for 243 domestic fowls 19 were Wugu (or black-bone chicken and 8 non-wugu breeds/races and 38 red jungle fowls (Gallus. Gallus. spadiceus and Gallus. Gallus. jabouillei). We also sequenced 289bp mitochondrial DNA of Cyt-b for 5 red jungle fowls; D-loop region (mtDNA HVS-I)for 19 individuals Guinea fowl and 18 individuals mule chickens (Guinea fowl $ x Wugu chickens^ ) respectively; mtDNA HVS- II of D-loop region for 34 individuals of domestic fowls and red jungle fowls in 690bp and the MC1R code gene in 945 bp.

本文共测定了19个乌骨鸡品种及8个非乌骨鸡品种的243个家鸡和38个原鸡个体(属于Gallus.gallus.spadiceus和Gallus.gallus.jabouillee亚种)的线粒体D-环高变区(mtDNA HVS-Ⅰ)539bp的部分序列，另外还测定了5个红原鸡个体线粒体细胞色素b的289 bp序列、19个珍珠鸡个体、18个骡鸡个体的线粒体D环高变区序列、30个家鸡个体线粒体D环非高变区的690bp序列以及34个家鸡及原鸡个体的MC1R基因编码区的945bp。

The intersexual aggression of male was significantly higher than the intersexual aggression of female and the intrasexual aggression of male. There was significant difference about male's aggression between two groups; but for female, there was no significant difference. The combat occurred intensely when two females met whether in male vs female or female vs female, but were both higher than the intrasexual aggression of male. With the increasing of meeting time, the male and female in female vs female decreased their aggression; the female in female vs male kept its aggression in high level. The results of the determinating the activity of the CA in vitro showed that the CA of the water—fed individuals were in activing statics after eclosion. Because of the apperence of the Vg in haemolymph and the deposition of the vitellin in oocytes in the unfed females, it was shown that the CA in such individuals were in activiting statics, too. Again because in the water—fed females which did not lack the feeding action the activity of the CA showed dropping tendency gradually still, it could be said that the activiting of the CA was possibly effected by the nutrition but it was never related to the adult feeding action. In another respect, the brain of the female adult had not significant effect on the activiting CA. The oocytes could depositing vitellin in individuals removed brain tissue on the day of eclosion, which showed that the activting of CA was not concerned with brain.

CA活性的体外测定说明饲水个体的CA同样具有活性，不取食个体血淋巴中Vg的存在以及卵母细胞中卵黄的沉积表明，在不取食的个体中CA同样具有活性，所以CA的活化与成虫期的取食动作无关，与成虫是否取食花蜜也无太多的联系，但是CA活性的维持可能受成虫期营养的影响，如果以卵母细胞发育和CA体积大小作为CA活性的指标，则饲水个体CA的活性在后期受到了影响，说明饲水不能替代取食蜂蜜来维持成虫期CA的活性；成虫期脑对CA的活化无明显作用，羽化当日摘除脑的个体，其卵母细胞仍然可以沉积卵黄，说明CA的活化与脑无关，而是受某种不确定的因子的影响；用抗JH物质—早熟素—Ⅱ以10ug／虫的剂量在颈部点滴处理雌虫，对Vg的发生和卵巢的发育具有一定的迟缓作用，其原因有待于进一步的研究。
