The optimum operation point is put forward. The dynamic digital simulation studies are carried out on the operating procedure of the half-track air-cushion vehicle on soft terrain. Mechanical parameters and soil mechanics characteristics affecting vehicle power consumption and riding performance are analyzed. At the same time according to the model formula, the automation control problem is discussed. It is a theoretical instruction for further automation control.

本文还从力学和车辆原理的角度进行了理论分析，推导了半履带式气垫车的需求功率及正常行驶条件，研究了气垫压力和功率消耗之间的关系，提出了力学模型公式；建立了半履带式气垫车总功率消耗的理论模型，研究了最小功率消耗时功率与垫压及表征气垫车行驶状态的各参数的关系，分析了相应的影响因素，并提出了最佳工作状态的定义；同时进行了半履带式气垫车在软地面的行驶过程的动态数字仿真试验研究工作，对影响车辆功率消耗和行驶平顺性的各力学参数和土壤参数进行了分析，得到了各运行状态参数的变化规律，验证了最佳工作状态和最佳垫压的理论，根据力学模型公式对进一步的自动控制问题进行了探讨，为系统的控制提供了理论指导。

The purpose of this research is to theoretically inspect the social assistance legal institutions' historical changes and theoretical basis, the operative effectiveness of Chinese relative institutions and the legislative idea of Chinese social assistance according to the concept of economic law and in the light of social distributive law, in order to widen the theoretical achievements in the research of economic law and provide some theoretical support for the legislation of Chinese social assistance.

Environment radon is mainly from rock and soil in geological environment, but the research is not connected with geological environment now. On the basis of physical field, the theoretical distribution model of radon in soil and exchange model of earth—air are set up by using Fick diffusion law and Dacy law, and then the research of environment radon is linked with geological environment. This paper described how the evry parameter of the theoretical model influence the radon concentration in air. The results of research indicat that molecule diffusion of radon is different from it's eddy form. Under the condition of surface radon source, the model experiment is used to study the transportation and distribution of radon in medium. The data of experiment show the relationship between radon and depth can be described by exponent. If the radioelement is well—distributtion, the concentration of radon in different depth or in different point at the same depth change with time, but the accumulated exhalation amount of radon at different point on the surface of model are close in relative long time. The author studied the exchange of radon between mediums and verified the theoretical models too.
