Methods The patients who had symptoms were treated with large-dose zinc sulfate (100-150mg,＜6yr;150-200mg,6-8yr;200-300mg,9-10yr;300mg,＞10yr; 3 times a day) in addition to low-dose penicillamine(8-10mg/kg/d) at the beginning of treatment. Zinc sulfate alone was given to the presymptomatic patients and it was used as maintenance therapy when clinical improvement was obtained.

有症状患儿初期用小剂量青霉胺(每天8～10mg/kg)，加大剂量硫酸锌(＜6岁100～150mg ，6～8岁150～200mg ，9～10岁200～300mg ，＞10岁300mg ，每天3次)联合治疗；病情好转后和症状前期患儿单用硫酸锌维持治疗。

RESULTS: HE stained cells were fusiform-shaped with pseudopodia, round or oval nucleus. The cytoplasm was blue after stained with the toluidine blue. The immunohistochemical test revealed that there existed positive expression of type Ⅰ collagen in the cells. In the presence of 10% calf serum, IGF-Ⅰ significantly improved cell proliferative activity in a dose-dependent manner within effective dose range.

结果：苏木精－伊红染色细胞多为梭形，有伪足伸出，细胞核为圆形或椭圆形；甲苯胺蓝染色，胞浆为深蓝色；免疫细胞学方法检测表明纤维环细胞有Ⅰ型胶原表达；在体积分数为0.1的血清条件下，胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ能提高细胞的增殖活性，并且在有效浓度范围内呈剂量效应关系。

Results:①The amount of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. The morphology of partial SW480 cells was shrunk volume, integrated cell membrane, condensed cytoplasm, pyknotic chromatin, nuclear fragmentation. Apoptotic Corpuscles were found by electron microscope.②MTT colorimetric assay showed quercetin inhibited the growth of human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 in a time- and dose-dependent manner when the concentration of quercetin was 30、60、90μmol/L.③Flow cytometry analysis showed the cell cycle of SW480 cell was restricted in G1/S. G0/G1 phase rate increased and S phase rate decreased with increasing concentration of quercetin and time lasting.④ Zymogram analysis assay showed the secretion of matrix metalloproteinases in human colon carcinoma cell line SW480 treated by quercetin decreased. With increasing concentration of quercetin, the secretion of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased.⑤Immunohistochemistry method demonstrated the position expression of Cathepsin-D in SW480 cell was suppressed by quercetin in a time- and dose-dependent manner.

研究结果：经槲皮素处理的人结肠癌SW480细胞数量减少，部分细胞体积缩小，细胞膜完整，胞浆浓缩，核染色质固缩，细胞核碎裂，形成凋亡小体；MTT法检测显示当作用浓度为30μmol/L~90μmol/L时，槲皮素对人结肠癌SW480细胞的生长有抑制作用，其抑制作用随着作用浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而增强；流式细胞学发现槲皮素主要作用于人结肠癌SW480细胞周期的G1/S期，大部分细胞被阻断于S期，随药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长，G0/G1期细胞比例逐渐增加，S期细胞比例逐渐减少；酶谱分析法检测显示不同浓度的槲皮素能够抑制人结肠癌SW480细胞分泌MMP-2及MMP-9，随浓度的升高，MMP-2及MMP-9的分泌量减少；免疫组织化学法显示不同浓度的槲皮素处理人结肠癌SW480细胞后，Cathepsin-D的表达随药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长而降低。

Results EROD activities in liver of wild crucian from Zhangtan, Jiangjunyan, Fuyang and Wenyan (23.51±4.17, 16.79±7.39, 18.74±5.16, 18.65±8.86 nmol/) were significantly higher than that of Jiekou (7.84±2.42 nmol/g promin), and no difference was observed between the other sites and Jiekou. Three dose groups (0.25, 0.50, 1.00L/dish water sample extracts) were used in Ames test. Reversional mutation rate of TA98 colony exposed to extracts from Zhangtan was 2.21, 3.39, 6.95 without S9, and 2.70, 4.07, 6.23 with S9, respectively. The revesional mutation of TA100 colony was 2.55, 2.81, 5.36 without S9, and 1.73, 2.86, 4.14 with S9, respectively. Reversional mutation rate of TA98 colony exposed to 1.00L/dish extracts from Jiangjunyan with S9 was 2.22, and there was a dose-response relationship in reversional colony count. Ames tests of the other extracts were negative.
