The chemical structure of the product was characterized by means of the melting point and IR. The results show that tetraethylammonium bromide which was used as a phase transfer catalyst in this reaction had optimization effect on the interfacial diffusive reaction of BTC and PNP. Higher concentration of sodium hydroxide, lower temperature and a higher dosage of BTC produced a small amount of 4-nitrophenyl chloroformate, while lower concentration of sodium hydroxide and a lower dosage of BTC made reaction incomplete, which affected the yield.

Results As compared to DM control group, levels of GSP, myocardial enzymes and myocardial Ang Ⅱ were much lower in APS group, while levels of insulin, C-peptide and plasma Ang Ⅱ were the same. Levels of expression of collagen Ⅰ and the ratio of collagen Ⅰ/collagen Ⅲ in APS group were lower than those in DM group. APS group showed lower levels of chymase mRNA expression and activity than those in DM control group, while there was no diference in ACE mRNA expression and activity between the two groups.

They could form very stable mixed liposome, andthe diyne could be polymerized by UV light in bilayer liposomes, as aresult, the stability of mixed liposome against solvent or surfactantafter polymerization were enhanced. In chapter 4, two kinds of amphiphilic amino acids were synthesized andstable liposomes were formed therefrom After the condensationpolymerization of amino acid in bilayer liposomes, stable polypeptide liposomes were obtained, which had lower phase transition temperatureand higher permeability.In chapter 5, four kinds of glycolipids were synthesized and theiraggregation behavior in water was comparied. When incorporated intophospholipid bilayer membranes, they could increase the phase transitiontemperatures and inhibit the aggregation and fusion of mixedliposomesat lower temperature.In chapter 6 and 7, three kinds of steroidal bolaamphiphiles withdifferent chain lengths were synthesized. Incorporation of steroidalmoiety to the center of lipid bilayer membrane obviously increased themobility of lipid membrane and shifted Tc to lower temperature side incomparasion with cholesterol. The bolaamphiphile which was shorter thanthe hosted lipid bilayer membrane thickness influenced the lipid packingmore obviously.

In accordance of dynamical analysis to asymmetric basin forming, it is restricted doubly by crust multi-layer rheological structure and regional geotectology background in the Lower Yangtze regional crust, especially in close relationship with action of C-layer (18-20km) in the Lower Yangtze region crust. After quantitative analysis of mutual relation between the basin geometrical feature and the crustal structure, a new way will be supplied to the research of Mesozoic-Cenozoic sedimentary basin evolution and the oil -gas exploration in the Lower Yangtze region.

Abstract] objective to observe the effects of indapamide and losartan alone and combined treatment on the elder patients with hypertension,hypokalemia,hyperglycemia,uric acid,lipid,ect.methods one hundered and fifty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups,with each of 50 cases.the levels of blood pressure,hypokalemia,blood sugar,uric acid,lipide were examined before and after treatment.results after 8 weeks the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower.antihypertensive treatment group is the best,the levels of hypokalemia is lower after treatment in the indapamide group,the levels of uric acid is also lower in the losartan group and antihypertensive group.conclusion losartan and indapamide combined treatment not only coordinate to decrease blood pressure but also reduce uric acid,reduce the effect of hypokalemia caused by indapamide.
目的 观察氯沙坦与吲哒帕胺单独应用或联合用药对原发性高血压患者血压、血钾、血糖、尿酸、血脂的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的150例老年高血压患者电脑随机分为3组,每组50例,进行用药前后自身对照试验,8周后检测各组血压、血钾、血糖、尿酸、血脂值。结果 3组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均较前明显降低,联合治疗组降压幅度最大,氯沙坦组和联合治疗组治疗后尿酸值较治疗前降低,吲哒帕胺组治疗后血钾值较治疗前降低。结论氯沙坦与吲哒帕胺联合应用不仅具有协同降压作用,而且能降低尿酸,减轻吲哒帕胺引起的低钾血症。
