Were extracted by different extracting solvents in lab, the results indicated that with the increasing of Mn concentration levels, the speciation of Mn in their roots transform from H2O-extractable species to HCl-extractable species and NaCl-extractable species, showed increases of Mn of oxalate binding and pectate binding or prontein binding in cell wall of roots; Mn of H2O-extractable species were 34.55～50.26% of total Mn in stems and increased with the increasing of Mn concentration levels, which benefited upward transport of Mn; Percentage of Mn of H2O-extractable species were 38.55～44.19% and Mn of HCl-extractable species were 20.66～28.74% to total Mn in leaves, suggesting that most Mn in leaves were the speciation of H2O-solubility organic salts or manganese oxalates. 5. 不同的提取剂对水蓼根、茎、叶的提取结果表明，随着锰处理浓度增加，水蓼根中Mn由水提取态向盐酸提取态和氯化钠提取态转化，说明根细胞壁结合的草酸盐和果胶酸盐或蛋白质结合态的Mn含量随锰处理浓度的增加而增加；在茎中，水提取态锰含量占总锰的34.55-50.26%，且随锰处理的增加其水提取态锰的比例增加，这有利于锰向上运输；水蓼的叶片中，水提取态锰占总锰的38.55-44.19%，盐酸提取态锰占总锰的20.66-28.74%，说明叶片中的锰大部分以水溶性有机盐或草酸锰的形态存在。

Results showed: in Podocarpus leaves, there is only one midrib, the xylem tracheid of midrib vascular bundle is multi-form, transfusion tissue belongs to Cycas-type and transfusion tracheids are isodiametric, the accessory transfusion tracheids between palisade tissue and sponge tissue are developed; in Nageia leaves, there are plenty of parallel leaves, the xylem tracheids of each vein are relatively simple, transfusion tissue belongs to Taxus-type and transfusion tracheids are longer in longitudinal section than that in transverse section, the accessory transfusion tissue between palisade tissue and sponge tissue is absent.

结果表明：罗汉松属叶1条主脉，主脉维管束木质部管胞发达，转输组织为苏铁型，转输组织管胞等径，栅栏组织和海绵组织之间的副转输组织管胞发达；竹柏属叶多条平行叶脉，维管束木质部管胞相对不发达，转输组织为红豆杉型，转输组织管胞纵向伸长，栅栏组织和海绵组织之间不存在副转输组织。

There are some isoforms of PAPs showing inhibitory ability to virus infection in various organs and at different stages of development. Three different species of the protein can be isolated from leaves of pokeweed. Proteins were precipitated with 50-80% ammonium sulfate from leaves in spring, summer and autumn respectively. Proteins were purified on SP cation-exchange then on MQ anion-exchange and finally on MS cation-exchange or on MQ anion-exchange. We found that some new pokeweed antiviral proteins separated from these leaves were different from PAP, PAPII and PAPIII.

A new method of disease area mensuration and the percentage of diseases area of tea leaves with computer has been established by using Photoshop software to scan many leaves at the same time, and the further investigation also has been fulfilled. The results showed that when scanned with resolution 150 dpi,there were be short time to scanning and less disk space beenoccupied, and the effect as same as scanned with high -resolution. The results of disease area mensuration and percentage of diseases area of tea leaves using the new method also as same as the results using artificial mensuration, and the efficiency of the new method is much higher than the efficiency of artificial method.

摘 要：建立了通过对茶树叶片进行扫描，利用Photoshop软件同时获得多张叶片及其受害部位的像素值，从而快速计算茶树叶片受害面积以及受害面积百分率的测定方法，并对此方法进行了系统的研究，结果表明：扫描分辨率为150dpi时，扫描时间和存储占用空间较优，测定效果和高分辨率扫描效果基本一致，该方法测定结果与人工测定结果无显著差异，其效率远远高于人工测定。
