Result: Xinhuang Tablet had very significant inhibition on acute and chronic inflammation in model of ear edema induced by croton oil in mice, paw swelling induced by carrageenin in rats, granuloma induced by cotton pellet in rats and very significant analgesic effect on thermal and chemical stimulation in model of writhing body response induced by acetic acid in mice and tail flicking in rats.And at the same doses, Xinhuang Tablet hadn't significant difference from ig administration.

结果：新癀片外涂给药对小鼠耳肿、大鼠角叉菜胶足肿、棉球肉芽肿等急、慢性炎症有非常显著的抑制作用；对大、小鼠水浴甩尾、小鼠醋酸扭体等温热刺激、化学刺激引起的疼痛有非常显著的镇痛作用，且在相同剂量下，外涂给药和ig给药的作用无明显差异。

The time-domain response of the induced currents on a scattering object irradiated by a plane wave with a Gaussian pulse in time is expanded as an associate Hermite series in this paper. Using the isomorphism of the associate Hermite function and its Fourier transform, the frequency-domain information can be obtained similarly to the time-domain expansion. According to the corresponding relation between time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis, and using the early-time response and the low-frequency information of the induced currents, the non-known coefficients in the expansion series can be decided. The entire responses of the induced currents on the scattering object in both time and frequency domains can be obtained at one time by simultaneous extrapolation computation using both the early-time response and the low-frequency information of the induced currents.

摘要首先根据散射体在高斯脉冲平面波激励下感应电流的能量几乎全部集中在时间轴和频率轴上的有限范围内，该文将时域响应展开为系数待定的连带Hermite级数的叠加，并根据连带Hermite函数的傅里叶变换的自反性，得到与时域响应形式类似的频域响应；然后利用时域方法和频域方法分别计算散射体上感应电流的早时响应和低频信息；最后经过时域和频域联合外推计算，由早时响应和低频信息确定时域和频域响应的待定系数，从而获得了整个时域和频域的完全响应。

In this paper,the nonstandard analysis theory is used for inducing a metric space by a Loeb measure space.On this basis,a metric space is induced by a internal finitely additive measure space.The close relationship between the metric space induced by a Loeb measure space and the metric space induced by a internal finitely additive measure space is illustrated with the concepts and some properties of Loeb measure.Then,some properties of the metric space that induced by a internal finitely additive measure space are studied.In the first two chapters,we first Succinctly present the origin,development and research states of the nonstandard analysis.Then,the theoretical foundation of nonstandard analysis as well as the axiomatic nonstandard analysis are given.Finally, the nonstandard model and the saturation model are discussed,as well as some natures of the nonstandard model and several equivalent conditions of saturation model are given.

本文利用非标准分析理论，在由Loeb测度空间导出度量空间的基础上，由内有限可加测度空间导出了度量空间，并借助Loeb测度的概念和若干性质证明了由标准的测度空间导出的度量空问和由内有限可加测度这个非标准的测度空间导出的度量空间有着密切的关系，在此关系的基础上还研究了由有限可加测度这个非标准的测度空间导出的度量空间的性质在第一、第二章里，我们首先简单介绍了非标准分析的产生、发展及研究现状，接着给出了非标准分析的理论基础以及公理化的非标准分析，进而讨论了非标准模型和饱和模型，并给出了非标准模型的一些性质和饱和模型的若干等价条件。

The major results of this proposal are as follows:(1) ABA induces a rapid, substantial accumulation of apoplastic H2O2 in mesophyll and bundle sheath cells of maize leaves, and the accumulation of apoplastic H2O2 is involved in the induction of the chloroplastic and cytosolic antioxidant enzymes.(2) ABA-induced H2O2 production activates a 46 kDa MAPK, which in turn induces the expression of antioxidant genes and up-regulates the activities of antioxidant enzymes. The activation of MAPK also enhances H2O2 production, forming a positive amplification loop.(3) Water stress also induces the activation of a 46 kDa MAPK, which is dependent on the accumulation of ABA and H2O2 production induced by water stress and involved in the up-regulation of the expression and the activities of antioxidant enzymes.(4) ABA-induced H2O2 production mediates NO generation, which in turn activates a 46 kDa MAPK and results in the up-regulation in the expression and the activities of antioxidant enzymes in ABA signaling. NO-independent signaling is also involved in ABA- and H2O2-induced antioxidant defense.

本项目的主要研究结果如下：（1）ABA诱导的H2O2产生主要出现在叶肉细胞与维管束鞘细胞的质外体中，质外体H2O2的积累能够上调叶绿体与细胞溶质中抗氧化酶的活性；（2）ABA诱导的H2O2产生活化一个46kDa的MAPK，由此而导致编码抗氧化防护酶基因的表达与酶活性的上调；而MAPK的活化也能增强H2O2的产生，从而形成一个正的反馈调节环；（3）水分胁迫也能诱导一46kDa MAPK活化，这一MAPK活化依赖于水分胁迫诱导的ABA积累以及H2O2的产生，同时参与水分胁迫诱导的抗氧化防护基因的表达与抗氧化酶活性的上调；（4）ABA诱导一个依赖于H2O2的NO产生，NO活化一个46kDa的MAPK，从而导致抗氧化防护基因的表达以及抗氧化酶活性的上调；同时一个不依赖于NO的信号转导途径也存在于ABA诱导的抗氧化防护过程中。

This conclusion is based on three groups of experiments with detached root tips of wheat seedlings: By following the time course changes of NO synthase , superoxide synthase and ABA accumulation under dehydration stress, we found that ABA accumulation was preceeded by the changes of NOS and superoxide synthase. ABA accumulation induced by dehydtrion stress and osmotic stress can be blocked by NO scanvegers and NOS inhibitors, while only dehydration stress-induced ABA accumulation can be blocked by ROS scanvegers. Exogenous applied NO or ROS induced ABA accumulation in root tips of wheat seedlings, and synergistic effects were found between NO and NO. The in planta expereiments also proved that ROS and NO are involved in water stress-induced ABA accumulation.Ⅱ.

证据主要来自以离体根尖为材料的实验：(1)通过检测干旱胁迫下小麦根尖NOS活性、O〓合成酶活性和ABA积累的时间变化进程，发现ABA积累滞后于ROS和NO的变化；(2)抑制剂实验表明，NO清除剂和NOS抑制剂可以抑制自然干旱胁迫及渗透胁迫诱导的小麦根尖ABA积累，ROS清除剂抑制自然干旱胁迫诱导的ABA积累而不抑制渗透胁迫诱导的小麦根尖ABA积累；(3)在非胁迫条件下施加外源的ROS或NO可以诱导小麦根尖积累ABA，ROS和NO之间具有协同作用。
