RESULTS: Basilar artery, thoracic aorta and ventricular papillary muscle Resting tension of basilar artery was increased by DL but decreased by niof basilar artery and thoracic aorta induced by noradrenaline bitartrate and KCl can be relaxed by DL in a dose dependant manner, and the half-effective concentration was (6.69±3.12)×10-4,(3.41±1.52)×10-3mmol/L for basilar artery, and (1.49±0.59)×10-3,(2.91±0.99)×10-3 mmol/L for thoracic aorta, displaying stronger inhibition on the constriction of basilar artery induced by noradrenaline bitartrate than on the contraction induced by KCl.

重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素、KCl所致基底动脉及胸主动脉收缩，二氢石蒜碱使之呈剂量依赖性松弛，其半数有效浓度值：对基底动脉分别为(6.69±3.12)×10-，(3.41±1.52)×10-3 mmol/L；对胸主动脉分别为(1.49±0.59)×10-3，(2.91±0.99)×10-3 mmol/L。拮抗重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素所致基底动脉收缩作用明显强于KCl。尼莫地平对KCl所致收缩的抑制显著强于对重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素。

The results show that: This tablet can decrease the rat"s footpad swell induced by Freud"s, inhibit the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint and decrease the 11-2 level in serum while increasing the rat"s body weight,(2) It can lower the rat"s temperature and the permeability of the blood capillary in inflammatory joint induced by collagen and inhibit the delayed type hypersensitivity,It can lower the stickiness of full blood and the accumulation of erythrocyte obviously inblood stasis model rats,lt can inhibit the formation of hemolysin and decrease the index of carbon granule clearance in mice, It can lower the permeability of celiac blood capillary and inhibit the granulomatous hyperplasia by sc cotton ,It can inhibit the pain induced by acetic acid and raise the pain threshold value of heat stimulation.

结果表明：关络通片能明显降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠左右足趾肿胀度，降低大鼠炎症关节的通透性，抑制其IL-2含量，对大鼠体重增长缓慢有一定的改善作用；能改善Ⅱ型胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的表征指标及炎症关节的通透性，对其迟发型超敏反应有一定的抑制作用；对血瘀模型大鼠，能显著性降低其全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积；能抑制小鼠的溶血素抗体生成，抑制小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬能力，具有一定的抑制机体免疫功能的作用，能抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高，抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生，具有一定的抗炎作用；能抑制小鼠醋酸扭体反应、提高小鼠热板痛阈值，具有一定的镇痛作用。

Results The water extract from Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae could inhibit xylene-induced ear edema and capillary permeability increase in mice, hind paw edema and PGE2 increase induced with carrageen and granuloma induced with cotton ball in rats.

Methods: YTLP and aspirin were introduced to treat the edematous ears of mice induced by xylene and swollen toes of mice induced by carrageenin, and to relieve the pain in mice induced by heat and acetic acid.

以阿司匹林为对照药物，将一贴灵贴剂用于治疗二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀和角叉采胶所致的大鼠足趾肿胀，以及热和醋酸所致的小鼠疼痛，测量肿胀度、痛阈值及扭体次数。

Methods The analgetic effect was demonstrated using pain models induced by acetic acid and hot board on mice. The Nvzhendan Granula antiinflammatory effect was demonstrated in rats using inflammatory models including auricle edema induced by xylene in mice,and paw edema induced by carrageenin.

The first part consists of three experiments:(1) The rings were incubated in KH, 20, 50 mmol/L 〓 for 1 house, relaxation in response to the EDHF stimuli A23187 in 30nmol/L U46619-induced preconrtaction in the presence of 7 μ mol/L indomethacin, a cyclooxygenase inhibitor, 300μmol/L LNNA, a nitric oxide biosyhnthesis inhibitor, and 1mmol/L tetraethylammonium , a 〓 blocker, or 3 μmol/L glibenclamide , a 〓 blocker, was compared with the control;(2) After the arteries were incubated in KH, UW solution or HTK solution at 4℃ for 4 hours, endothelium-derived relaxation (percentage of 30nmol/L U46619 precontraction) was induced by A23187 in the present of 7 μmol/L indomethacir and 300μmol/L LNNA;(3) After incubation with KH, UW solution and STH (either at 37℃ in oxygenated organ chamber or at 4℃ in a refrigerator for 4 hours), endothelium-derived relaxation (percentage of 30nmol/L U46619 precontraction) was induced by A23187 in the present of 7 μ mol/L indomethacin and 300 μmol/L LNNA.

第一部分研究结果：（1）单纯浸泡于KH的冠状动脉A23187能引发66.67％的血管舒张反应，经TEA及20mmol／L、50mmol／L钾离子作用后，血管舒张反应程度显著降低，但经GBM作用后改变不明显；（2）与保存于KH的冠状动脉相比，A23187引发的血管舒张反应程度，保存于UW液的明显下降，保存于HTK液的无明显变化；（3）在37℃条件下，血管环浸泡于STH出现缓慢轻微的舒张反应，浸泡于UW液初期出现短暂收缩反应，但此后主要以舒张为主：在37℃条件下，血管经UW液保存后，U46619引发的收缩反应程度降低；不论在37℃或4℃条件下，A23187引发的血管舒张反应，经UW液保存后明显下降，但用STH保存后变化不明显。

Results Hushigutong Granule 30 and 60 mgkg^(-1 had significant inhibitory action on auris swell induced by dimethylbenzene in mice, foot swell induced by egg white and carageen glue, gasbag swell induced by croton oil and penetration of capillary vessel in rats.

结果：HGG30和609kg^(-1)对小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀、大鼠蛋清和脚叉菜胶性足跖肿、巴豆油气囊肿及组胺所致毛细血管通透性的增加均有明显抑制作用，与对照组比较差异有显著性（P.05或P.01）。
