Methods Mice were treated with three different doses of extract of ginger:high dose (9.3 mL·kg-1), middle dose (4.7 mL·kg-1),and low dose (2.3 mL·kg-1). All mice were irradiated once with 2.0 Gy X-ray. At the same time, the negative group (treated with vegetable oil only) and positive one (irradiated as well as extract of ginger groups after treated with vegetable oil) were set up. The changes of activities of enzymes in testes of mice were observed.
