The male and female rats (n=15, respectively) were randomly divided into three groups, and Fluoro-Ruby, a fluorescent tracer, was stereotaxically injected into the ventromedial hypothalamus, bed nucleus of the stria terminalis and posterodorsal nucleus of the amygdale by iontophoresis, respectively.Five days later, the rats were perfused, and the sections containing SDN-POA region and site of injection were cut on a freezing microtome.the sections were viewed to assess extent of tracer deposition in the injection site and to reveal the EGFP or Fluoro-Ruby fluorescence in SDN-POA under fluorescence microscope.

The seed embryoes were penetrated by 〓 ion beams of 75 MeV/u and the seed endosperms were implanted by the proper degraded 〓 ions, and soluble protein of the seedling in M1 generation was divided into 5 sections to analyze their changes at different molecular weight. 1 In comparison with control, the relative content of the second section (molecular weight is heavier in all sections) of all irradiated materials got down, while the relative content of the fifth section (molecular weight is the lightest) of those went up. 2 The penetrating seeds made the relative content of the first section (molecular weight is the heaviest) and the third section (mid-molecular weight) drop, while the fourth section went up. Moreover, the changes of the third section and the fourth section of the penetrated materials were clearly different from those of the implanted materials. 3 The difference between implanted embryo and implanted endosperm existed in deeper dropping of the first section and higher rising of the fifth section on relative content of soluble protein of the latter. 4 On irradiated materials at lower doses, there were exceptional changes of soluble protein, it may be thought that there was excited effect of low dose.

Based on the observation of atomic force microscopy, the etching morphology of faces and sections with different crystallographic significance on α-quartz has been studied. The etching morphology on the natural crystal faces hexagonal prism faces (1010 and 01(average10, rhombohedron positive form face 10(average11, rhombohedron negative form face 01(average11 and the sections between any of the two crystal faces has been observed. It is shown that the etching pit on the same simple form has the same shape, while the orientation of the etching pits can be different. Different simple forms have different shapes of etching pits and the shapes of etching pits on positive form and negative form of the same simple form are also different.

This paper employs clay stone analysis to Permian-Triassic boundary strata from three deep water sections, Duanshan, Nashui and Liuqiao, located in Guangxi and Guizhou region, southwestern China. The result shows that clay stones from the three localities are composed of illite-montmorillonite mixed layer, montmorillonite and kaolinglite. There are rock fragments such as bipyramid quartz and zircon which are related to volcanic process found in all the sections except in Nashui section.

The opened magnetic circuit is composed as tow NdFeB permanent magnets and a top plate without U-yoke. After take analyzed deeply for the opened magnet circuit with FEMM (Finite Element Method Magnetics) we find out the field distributing that is separated into three sections . One is the main area what we called as positive field section. Beside the main field there are tow areas that are called the inverted field sections. Loudspeaker arise a very serious distortion when the voice coil moving into inverted field areas. The direction of induced current in the coil part of entered inverted field area is same with the current driving into loudspeaker so that total currents increas largely and heat increase rapidly. With more coils moving into inverted area the voice coil will take on negative inductance properties. It is the main reason that voice coil is burned by heating with increasing current due to arise negative inductance. So opened magnetic circuit is not suitable for the woofers in which the voice coil have wider displacement range. When using this kind magnetic circuit design, the voice coil moving range should be less than the range of positive field to avoid loudspeaker arise serious distortion and heating. Even though voice coil moving range is in the positive area, loudspeaker will still arise more distortion because the field distribution is very cliffy at tow sides of the positive area and full range of magnetic field distribution is not parallel that will arise distortion. Base on above reasons, opened magnetic circuit is not an ideal magnetic circuit for low-frequency loudspeakers. But it can be used in mid-range or high-frequency productions.
