This article has proposed a need-oriented education philosophy, which is "entire, staged, synchronized and packaged" towards the university students' career development, by means of on-the-spot investigation, summating the characteristics of the current university students'demand in career development, and analyzing the factors which may affect the university students' career development counseling.

The results were summarized as follows:(1) the 4-week interval retest reliability for the Decidedness, Comfort, and Reasons scales were .69,.80, and .89, respectively, and for the subscales of the Reasons scale ranged between .78 and .85;(2) the alpha coefficients for the three scales were .85,.91,.97, and for the subscales of the Reasons scale ranged between .78 and .93;(3) there was a positive correlation between the Decidedness scale and the Comfort scale, and both scales were negatively correlated with the Reasons scale;(4) career indecision was found to be correlated as expected with state-trait anxiety, career beliefs, and perceived career barriers;(5) there were no significant differences between social science group and natural science group;(6) the only significant gender difference was found on the Career Choice Importance scale of the Reasons scale; and (7) there were significant grade differences on all the CCFI scale scores, with higher school grade level students showing greater decidedness.

This study base on the review of past research in career management in and out of the country, then deeply analysing the characters of IT industry and career of knowledge worker, and then bring forward the model of knowledge workers\'s career management of IT industry. As to prove the rationality of this model, the study also design questionary about knowledge workers\'s career management of IT industry on the foundation of the model.

The theory of Confucianism founded by Lu Gu and Jia Yi was originated from the theory of Xun Zi, However, not the same as the thougt of Lu Gu, in the theory of Jia Yi, which reflected the aristocracy-oriented feature of the upper class, the ideology of aristocratism was aroused.
