Our results demonstrate that (1) the lipogenic tumor markers CDK4 and MDM2 can be used as surrogate immunohistochemical markers for the diagnosis of malignant lipomatous tumors with high sensitivity;(2) approximately 26% of retroperitoneal/thigh UHGPS cases that were positive for PPAR-γ, CDK4, or MDM2 by immunohistochemistry showed characteristic CDK4 and MDM2 gene amplification, suggesting that a subset of UHGPS cases represent DDL despite lacking histologic evidence of lipoblasts.

It was then introduced by gene pulser into acrystalliferous strain CryB and a recombinant strain CryB (pBMBZGC10) was obtained. Different fermentative solutions of recombinant strain were used for multi-spray on leaves of Brassica pekinesis, Ipomoea aquatica and Lycopersicon esculentum. Results by using fluorescent detection and PCR amplification revealed that cry1Ac10 gene could not been detected in roots, stems and leaves of plants tested. The cry1Ac10 gene was also not transferred into indigenous bacteria, actinomyces and fungi in soil.

All 8 positive clones immunologically screened could be expressed in E- coli in the form of fusion proteins with the molecular weight being about 140 to 150 kDa. The positive cDNA genes were digested by restriction endonuclease EcoRI,then the agarose gel electrophoresis revealed the size of them being 700 to 900 bp.

The results showed that the optimized content of Mg~(2+) was 5mmol/L; dNTP was 200μmol/L; Primer was 0.5μmol/L; Taq polymerase was lU/50ul in the PCR system. Only one fragment of about 270bp was amplified within the genome of 12 wild species and 23 cultivars of Mallus Mill., which indicated that Ty1-copia-like retrotransposons were archaic components of apple genome. The nested insertion of near and within the reverse transcriptase gene of Ty1-copia-like retrotransposons wasn\'t found in apple genome.2 The reverse transcriptase conservative region of Ty1-copia-like retrotransposons were amplified from Gala apple using the optimized PCR system. The amplification product was isolated, cloned and sequenced. Forty-five clones containing reverse transcriptase conservative region were obtained (accession number: AY849580 -AY849592 and DQ105035-DQ105066). Cluster analysis of these sequences showed a great heterogeneity among RT domains isolated from the same genotype.

Distribution ratios of complex extraction for different operation conditions were forecasted. Using mass action law, the liquid-liquid equilibrium models of complex extraction of monobasic and polybasic carboxylic acid have been successfully induced, and physical extraction were also considered in the model. On the basis of orthogonal experiments, the models of equilibrium distribution ratios were established. The processes of complex extraction were tested and verified. Comparing experimental data with model values, it could be held that the regression precision of model was rather high and the model supplied fundamental data for industrial amplification and practical use of complex extraction.
