The protection is mainly reflected by reduction of infarction area, correction of heart rhythm abnormality of ischemia reperfusion, melioration of the contraction and relaxation function of myocardium, recovery of the subcellular structure and themelioration of the abnormality of biochemical and bioactive substance in the myocardium.
