The main works of the paper are listed as follows:On the aspect of theory analysis, this paper is based on the full acquaintance of conditions of leisure research home and abroad, generalized the corresponding concepts and theories of recreational sport, intensive discussed the corresponding contents about leisure, recreational sport and leisure education. Moreover, concerned that launching education for recreational sport in colleges and universities will accord with the requirement which higher education cultivate the all-round development human being, accord with the trait of epoch which social economy highspeed development. There exist close relationship between education for recreational sport and college P.E. reform. The direction of P.E. reform should be scientific, lifetime and leisurable in the future. Put the forward that construct an educational model of recreational sport in college, it will help college student foster their habit of lifetime sport and better leisure lifestyle.On the aspect of practice research, this paper analysis on the questionnaire called " The survey on the factors of constraints in recreational sport of college student", this investigation included four hundred students in five colleges and universities in Sichuan province.
