objective:to explore the clinical value of digital mammography on diagnosis of small breast cancer.methods:we retrospectively analyzed the representation of molybdenum target x-ray in 40 patients with small breast cancer diagnosed by biopsy.result:the molybdenum target x-ray showed nodosity tumor in 17 cases,calcification in 13 cases,density in 8 cases,focal grand architectural distortion in 6 case,single dilated in 3 cases and blood vessel line thickening in 6 case.conclusions:digital mammography is the most important means in the diagnosis of small breast cancer,which can distinguish between different kinds of breast density of different tissues and find small breast lump.the mammography has a high sensitivity in the diagnosis of small breast cancer.

目的：提高对小乳癌影像学的认识。方法：回顾性分析40例经病理证实的小乳癌患者的x线片。结果：x线表现为肿块17例，钙化13例，致密影8例，局部结构紊乱6例，单支导管扩张3例，血管影增多、增粗6例。结论：影像学是小乳癌诊断的最主要手段，能区别乳房各种不同组织的不同密度，能发现较小的乳腺肿块，对于乳腺癌的诊断，乳腺x线钼靶摄片具有较高的灵敏度。

为探讨宿主的遗传背景和幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，H.pylori）相关胃癌的易感性之间的关系，本文采用PCR产物直接测序和PCR-RFLP的方法，检测142例山东临朐县胃癌高发人群个体（包括69例癌症患者和73例非癌个体）和93例北京正常对照个体SE基因多态性的分布特点。

The ELISA titre was 1:2000.By cell fusion, 46 hybridoma cell lines were screened,and 10 lines were cloned with limited dilution method.16 lines secreting anti-bFGF monoclonal antibody were been developed, and 2 lines targeted fusion protein. Sensitive ELISA and dot-ELISA for bFGF was developed with this mAb. The detection limit of them were 0.1 ng/well and 0.5 ng/well. The expression level of anti-bFGF mAb by different rebuilt engineering cells were identified by western blot and to direct rebuild recombiment engineering cell. The dose and character of anti-bFGF mAb inhibiting bFGF biology activity were searched by 3T3 cell line. Searching 20 tissue of liver cancer, liver cancer cell lines and general tissue of liver, finding bFGF were highly expressed in tissues of liver cancer and liver cancer cell lines. Affinity chromatography purifying bFGF was set up by mAb binging CNBr-pepharose 4B, and the purification was 95%. We found that the titer of anti-bFGF antibody was very high in serum of neuropathic amyotrophia.

应用细胞融合制备46株杂交瘤，对其中10株进行克隆化，获得bFGF特异单抗16株，2株针对融合蛋白；应用该单抗建立了0.1ng/孔灵敏度的ELISA，0.5ng/孔敏度的斑点ELISA；用Western-blotting鉴别了经改造不同工程菌蛋白表达，指导重组工程菌改造；用3T3细胞培养研究了单抗抑制bFGF生物学活性的剂量和特点；合作研究了20例肝癌、肝癌细胞株和正常肝组织，发现前者bFGF高表达；应用单抗偶联CNBr-sepharose 4B建立了小量免疫亲和层析纯化bFGF，纯度达到95%；发现神经性肌萎缩患者血清中含有高滴度的bFGF抗体，已有10多家单位引用单抗或进行合作。

On the basis of the work above,with 20 sample carcinoma tissues(breast cancer 4 samples,breast cancer lymph node metastases 4 samples,gastral cancer 5 samples,rectal cancer 7 samples).

鉴于PLC-2的一些结构和功能特征尚不清楚，本文在前面工作的基础上以20例肿瘤组织（乳腺癌4例、乳腺癌淋巴结转移癌4例、胃癌5例、直肠癌7例）为材料，做了以下几方面工作。

objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and the surgical treatment for perforation of gastric cancer.methods we summarized 22 cases suffering from perforation of gastric cancer in our hospital,6 were treated with repair of perforatlon and gastrojejunostomy at the same time,8 with partial gastrectomy,8 wth radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer（d2,d3）,and positive treatment such.as intraperitoneal chemothrapy to the patients above.results the life expectancy of patients treated with repair of perforation,partial gastrectomy or radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer was 6,29.2 and 37.3months.conclusion reasonably select surgery methoty and positive treatment are keys to prolong the survival time.

目的 探讨胃癌穿孔的临床特点及外科治疗方法。方法对22例胃癌穿孔病人实施不同手术方式治疗。其中行穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术6例，姑息性胃癌切除术8例，胃癌根治术（d2，d3）8例，后两者术后均行腹腔化疗等综合治疗。结果穿孔修补加胃肠吻合术、姑息性胃癌切除术、胃癌根治术术后平均生存期分别为6个月、29.2个月、37.3个月。结论合理选择术式，综合治疗，是延长病人生存期的关键。

This study was organized in three parts. Part One: The ecological study on the relationship between environmental organochloride pollution and the incidence rate of colorectal cancer. In this part, the incidence rate of colorectal cancer was determined from the tumor registry system of Jiashan County, a highest incidence area of colorectal cancer. The soil and rice samples were collected according to the incidence rate of colorectal cancer and the geographic position of the east, west, south, north and center. The concentrations of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, hexachlorocyclohexane, polychlorinated biphenyl and sodium pentachlorophenate were detected in laboratory.
