The hardware system of this machine is as follow: taken AC-servo-motor as power, taken ball screw as driving equipment, taken position transducer as feedback source gainer. The CPU of UP-PC is used of embedding chip, PXA-255 ofInter, and its system board is directly used of Intel's Sitsang board. On the other hand, the CPU of DOWN-PC is chosen of PMAC-104,which is the product of Motorola.

本铣床系统硬件构成如下：动力源选用交流伺服电机，传动装置采用丝杠，反馈量由位置传感器获得，上位机的处理器为嵌入式芯片Intel公司SXcale架构的PXA-255，上位机的系统板直接选用Intel公司的Sitsang板，下位机选用Motorola公司的运动控制器PMAC-104。
