Article 21 Where any of the price monitoring personnel of the price administrative department of a people's government at each level at or above the county level commits any of the following acts, he shall be criticized and educated by the price administrative department of the people's government at the present level, if the circumstance is severe, he shall be given a circularized criticism by the price administrative department of the people's government at a higher level, and the matter may be referred to the appointment or dismissal organ or the supervision organ for administrative sanctions in accordance with the law.
