On the design of algorithms, a novel exact hierarchical delay analysis method for general circuits is proposed; based on the sensitization theorem for sequential circuits, an exact minimizing clocking method is proposed; based on Boolean process, a waveform simulation method considering interconnecting delay for logic circuit and a parallel waveform simulation method are proposed; a new method that transforms bit-level waveform polynomial to word-level polynomial model is proposed; a multiple valued synthesis algorithm based on multiple valued Boolean process and a wire-centered delay synthesis policy are proposed, in which timing planning, floorplanning, wire planning and optimal clock skew in early design are considered; a two-layers channel routing method for minimizing crosstalk under grid mode is proposed; based on the transition numbers theorems for waveform polynomial, a new method for generation of test with noise effects is proposed.

算法设计方面，提出了一种精确的通用电路层次化延时分析方法；基于时序电路的敏化定理提出时序电路最小时钟周期精确确定方法；提出基于Boolean过程论的考虑互连延迟的逻辑电路波形模拟方法，在分析了波形模拟适合并行化基础上，进一步提出一种并行波形模拟算法；提出一种将位级电路波形多项式描述转化成字级多项式描述的新方法；提出一种基于多值Boolean过程的多值电路综合算法以及一种将前期设计定时规划、前期设计的布局规划和线网结构化方法及低偏移的时钟分配等技术相结合的面向互连延时的综合策略；提出一种串绕最小化的网格模式下的双层通道布线方法；从波形多项式描述跳变数的定理出发提出了一种考虑噪声效应的测试生成新方法。

In this paper we build a university scientific research management information system based on Client/Server and three-layer structure of ASP technology, and introduced the design aims, tasks and principle of the system with systematic investigation and analyzsis of demand., With the principle of integrality, practicability, opening, precursive and generality, data stream and data structure are analyzed detailedly, and logistic model which fits university scientific research management was established based on advanced structure system analysis method. In addition, it puts forward a series of the whole scheme of scientific research management system which bases on internet adapts large database development.the design of this system adapts new internet/intranet techonlogy and it can make us gather and share the whole provincial university scientific research information.lt studies and establishes oology structure and using platform of our provincial university scientific research management system, In addition,it also designs and formulates the system at the experimental unit(the scientific research department of NEAU).The scientific research management information system of NEAU is one part of the network information management system.

本课题采用基于客户／服务器和三层结构的ASP技术，在系统调研、需求分析的基础上，给出了基于互联网的省高校科研管理系统的设计目标、任务和原则；本系统的开发遵循完整性、通用性、实用性、先进性和开放性的原则，采用较为先进的结构化系统分析方法对数据流程、数据结构进行详尽的分析，制定一个适合高校科研管理的逻辑模型；提出一套基于互连网络的、采用大型数据库开发的科研管理系统的整体方案；系统设计采用Internet／Intranet全新技术，可做到全省高校科研信息集成与共享；研究制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的拓扑结构及应用平台，利用试点单位，设计和制定我省高校科研管理信息系统的功能结构和信息资源结构。

This thesis expatiates on the theory and architecture and primary content of Reusable Design technology and Reusable Process Design technology, study the feasibility and practicability of some important technology about Reusable Process Design, adopt a special knowledge representation to describe reusable process design information and make use of "FenHua "to realize knowledge acquisition about fuzzy knowledge.Craft database system is the mostly important support of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) system. To some extent, the essence of process design is a process that craft data is visited, used, dealt with and generated. This thesis expatiates on data base design technology. Based on the detailed analysis of the craft data"s characteristic and sort and the craft database"s component part, the author build craft database through detailed conceptual design and logical design and physical design for data base.the application and research of Web database technology becomes increasingly wide, which can make a close combination between Database technology and Web technology.

本文阐述了基于知识复用的可复用设计技术与可复用工艺设计技术的理论、体系结构与主要研究内容，研究了可复用工艺设计中的若干关键技术的可行性、实用性，采用了三表知识表示来描述工艺知识及利用"分划"的方法对灰色知识进行知识获取；工艺数据库系统是计算机辅助工艺设计系统的重要支撑系统，从某种程度将，工艺设计的实质就是对工艺数据库中工艺数据的访问、调用、处理和生成新的数据的过程，本文阐述了数据库系统设计技术，在详细分析工艺数据的特点、分类以及工艺数据库的数据库组成的基础上，通过对工艺数据库概念结构、逻辑结构、物理结构等几个方面的详细的分析与设计，建立了系统工艺数据库； Web数据库将数据库技术和Web技术很好的融合在一起，其应用研究日益广泛。

The dissertation considers that there is an inner relationship between various elements of e- ducology and a given culture, which produces"the culturalcharacter of educology". Educational problems have factual bases, but their nature should be considered as subjectivity, valuableness, and historicity, which distinguish educational problems from educational facts and related prob- lems of other disciplines. Besides having a logical feature of scientific concepts, the nature of edu- cational concepts should be considered as historicity, normativity, valuableness and expressivity. Educological activity is a kind of subjective activity. The subjects of educology are not only the subjects of knowledge, but also the subjects of value and practice. Educological works are products of their whole soul life, which embody their life and social ideals.

本文阐明，教育学活动的诸要素与一定的文化之间存在着内在的关联，具有文化特征，构成教育学的文化性格：教育问题有它客观的事实基础，但是教育问题的质是它的主观性、价值性、历史性，这是教育问题与教育事实以及相关学科问题的分界线；教育概念除了一般科学概念所具有的逻辑特性以外，在质上是一类历史性、规范性、价值性与表达性的概念；教育学活动是一种主体的活动，这种主体在活动中不仅是认识的主体，更是价值的主体和实践的主体，因此，教育学著作是他们整个心灵生活的结晶，体现着他们的人生和社会理想。
