The study of lattice-valued propositional logic system based on lattice implication algebra.On the bases of previous study, by using the concepts and methods of T algebras we established the lattice-valued propositional logic system LP , whose truth values domain is a lattice implication algebra, and discussed systematically the semantical and syntactical properties of LP , proved the soundness theorem 、consistency theorem、deduction theorem and the decidability of validity of the system when the truth values lattice is finite. We also discussed the relationship between the α-theorem of some premise, say A, and the closed sets that contain A.

本文在前人研究工作的基础上，利用T代数的概念与方法，建立了真值取于格蕴涵代数的格值命题逻辑系统LP，对它的语义及语法性质进行了较系统的研究，得到了它的可靠性定理、协调性定理及演绎定理等，证明了值格有限时系统"有效性"的可判定性并讨论了某一前提A下的α定理与包含A的闭集之间的关系。

本文在现有研究的基础上，研究了自主技术创新的概念及其关键因素，然后按照战略－行为－绩效的逻辑关系，构造了关键因素间的传导机制模型，对我国企业自主创新的路径进行分析，认为在资源约束下，我国企业的可行途径应是通过资源集聚，占领细分市场，保证技术和市场的良性互动，然后以此为契机，通过技术积累实现由局部突破向全面崛起转化。

Based on elucidating the definition of discretion of Judger and it's regulation meaning, the author firstly analyzed the necessity of discretion of the judge: the recapitulation and universality of law, the lag and limit of law, the judgement of judicature, all requiring discretion to some extent; then the author analyzed the logic and path from which the rent-seeking applied to the discretion of the judge, and pointed out that the technicality of justice was the premise of rent-seeking for the discretion of judge while Principal-Agent theory was an important cause for rent-seeking.

摘 要：在阐释法官自由裁量权及其规制蕴含意义的基础上，首先分析了其应然性：法律的概括性与普遍性、法律的滞后性与局限性、司法的判断性都要求一定程度的自由裁量权；接着分析了寻租理论适用于自由裁量权的逻辑与路径，指出司法的专门性是自由裁量权寻租的前提条件，而委托代理理论是权力寻租的重要原因。

We first introduce the state of the art of Web Services Composition, and then analyze the relation between Web Service Composition and related theoretical backgrounds. Concerning the two key technologies, service composition method and service composition system, we demonstrate our work.1. Based on semantic Web Service and OWL-S specification, a first-order logic Situation Calculus planning method for services composition is introduced.

Secondly, viewing from the weakness in the conventional TPS descriptions and the configuration paths of the switch modules, a uniform matrix expression is used to present the logic relations of the multiple channels' connection modes in order to make TPS design more flexible. 在对传统的MCS51系列单片微控制器的局限性进行分析的基础上，设计了一种基于增强8位RISC构架的微控制器内核。该MCU核采用哈佛结构、16位指令字长和8位数据字长，通过设计单周期指令、在内部设置多个快速寄存器及采用硬布线逻辑代替微程序控制的方法，加快了微处理器的速度，提高了指令的执行效率。计算机仿真验证和FPGA仿真验证的结果表明，该MCU的最高时钟频率和指令执行效率等指标均优于MCS51的5倍以上。
