Though there are still some disputant views of the definition of enterprise's capability, three propositions are put forward on the foundation of absorption of the previous theories.

The main results are shown as follows:1.Screening freezing tolerant cultivars and lines of chrysanthemumTwenty seven lines of chrysanthemum grown outdoors were screened using \'injury rate\' and \'injury index\'.There were 7 cultivars and lines,which were relatively high tolerant to freezing treatment,i.e.,\'Jinbuhuan\',\'Xuetao\',\'Fuli\',\'Donglin 4\',\'Donglin 6\',\'Donglin 9\', and \'Donglin 13\'.There were 3 cultivars and lines,which were less tolerant,i.e.,\'Fenmeigui\', \'Donglin 1\',and \'Donglin 2\';The determination of electrolyte leakage,and contents of free proline,MDA,CAT,fructose,glucose and soluble sugars on 7 lines of chrysanthemums at different stages freezing showed that \'Xuetao\' and \'Donglin 4\' were more tolerant than others, and that especially \'Donglin 4\' was able to regulate its osmotic pathway to alleviate the \'injury degree\' caused by freezing conditions.2.Protein expression profile of chrysanthemum under low temperature stressTwo-dimensional liquid chromatography was applied to fractionate and analyze total protein taken from \'Donglin 4\' leaves grown at low temperature and at normal condition. Chromatography peaks of fraction were transformed to gel graph by ProteoVue software.

主要研究结果如下：1、露地菊抗冻品种和品系的筛选利用受伤率和伤害指数两项指标对27个露地菊品系进行耐低温筛选，筛选出'金不换\'、'雪涛\'、'富丽\'、'东林4号\'、'东林6号\'、'东林9号\'、'东林13号\'等7个耐低温品系，同时发现'粉玫瑰\'、'东林1号\'、'东林2号\'三个品系的耐低温能力最差；通过对不同自然低温处理时期，7个品系的电导率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶、果糖、葡萄糖和可溶性糖等指标的测定发现，'雪涛\'和'东林4号\'的耐低温能力要强于其它品系，尤其是'东林4号\'对低温的调节能力较强，在低温胁迫下，能够调节渗透途径减轻低温的伤害。2、低温胁迫下，露地菊蛋白质表达谱分析利用二维液相色谱技术，分离了'东林4号\'露地菊品系的低温处理和对照样品的总蛋白，通过ProteoVue软件分析发现：处理样品与对照相比共有蛋白差异点36个，其中显著增强表达的蛋白差异点有26个。

本研究遵循"理论分析——研制工具——调查统计——揭示关系——验证假设"的思路，采用文献研究、问卷调查、因素分析等方法，界定了教学审美能力的内涵，通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析，探索出了教学审美能力是由教学审美感知能力、教学审美设计能力、教学审美操作能力、教学审美理解能力、教学审美体验能力和教学审美评价能力六个因素构成的整体结构；并在此基础上编制了"中小学教师教学审美能力评价量表"，解决了中小学教师教学审美能力测量工具缺乏的问题，具有科学性和实用性。

DCs acquired by our reformed methods express both CD83 and CD 14 molecules highly, and have a higher density than other domestic reports. The higher TNF in DCs culture medium of HC patient suggests DCs in patient still have antigen presenting ability and by optimization the culture medium would improve its presenting ability and have a potential value in design and application individual vaccine. Although antigens pulsed DCs have a decrescent antigen presenting ability but BCG HSP70 could induce its mature and improve its presenting ability. Suggests BCG HSP70 would be a useful mature inducer. Lymphocytes primed by DCs based HC vaccine have the specific cytotoxicity against HCC lines. The CTL after freezing and anabiotic could prophylaxis and therapy HC xenograft on nude mouse. The results also suggests that CD4〓 lymphocytes play a important role in HC with a good differentiation and would be useful in treatment this kind of HC. After being activated by Peptide LLNQHACAV of hAFP and apoptotic HCCs pulsed DCs respectively, the culture medium of activated lymphocytes both contains a high level Th1 cytokines IL-12 and TNF. Primed lymphocytes appeared a characteristic of NK cells. DCs not only inhibited the growth of human HCC and other cancer cells in vitro but also prevented the growth of HC xenograft on nude mouse in vivo. There are at least three kinds of mechanism playing important role in DC based vaccine ,there are inhibition of DCs, HC specific CTL and cytokines pathway.

诱导出的DC共同表达CD83和CD14分子，CD83分子表达明显高于国内报道；肝癌患者DC培养上清中TNF水平高于健康人，提示肝癌患者DC仍具一定的抗原呈递能力，适当调控可使其行使APC功能，以期在肝癌个体化疫苗中发挥作用；DC负载肝癌可溶性抗原后，抗原呈递能力降低，BCG HSP70可促进DC成熟，增加其抗原呈递能力，预示BCG HSP70有可能成为促进DC活化和成熟的另一重要分子；肝癌DC疫苗在体外诱导肝癌特异性淋巴细胞，活化的淋巴细胞在体外对肝癌细胞的杀伤以特异性CTL为主，同时分泌较高水平Th1型细胞因子IL-12和TNF，并抑制4种肝癌细胞生长；冷冻复苏后的肝癌特异性淋巴细胞可以预防和抑制人肝癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤，提示DC负载肝癌可溶性抗原后诱发的MHC-Ⅱ类限制性CD4〓T细胞有可能在分化程度高的肝癌治疗中发挥作用；用DC和HLA-A2〓DC分别负载凋亡肝癌细胞和hAFP218-226位LLNQHACAV HLA-A2限制性九肽，在体外诱导肝癌特异性淋巴细胞，活化后的CTL细胞分泌较高水平的Th1型细胞因子IL-12和TNF，并具较强杀伤活性，此CTL同时具备NK细胞特征；DC对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用可能是通过吞噬实现的，Fas-L在DC抑制中也起一定作用；DC对人肝癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤的抑制率为97％；在肝癌DC疫苗的作用中，至少联合3种以上机制，即通过DC的直接作用、肝癌特异性CTL和细胞因子途径直接或间接地杀伤和抑制肝癌细胞。

This paper has done a deeply research on the evaluative method, which focus on maintaining and ensuring the camion. After deeply analyzing the maintain theory of army equipment and the stratagem 's characteristic and combining the current systems engineering evaluating theories and methods, it has analyzed and solved all limitations that coming forth when a single model is used to evaluate the maintain capacity. After analyzing and ameliorating the judgment of AHP's coherence, the calculation of the expert power value and the optimizing of the more-extreme judging model, a new calculation method, the multidimensional complex calculation theory, is presented, which much fits for the evaluative calculation of the camion. The new theory's feasibility and the evaluation's reliability have been proved in theory in this paper. This paper also analyses the principle and the program, which is about building a camion evaluating system. According to the multidimensional complex calculation theory, an evaluative model has been built. Applying the levels analytical method, this paper fixes on the calculation of every target's power, brings the optimization allot precept of macro spatial resource, optimizes the resource of the maintainability of theater of operations' vehicle, which offers a theory foundation for optimizing of the resource space. The research not only brings out a uniform standard for the evaluating of the maintain ability of the camion, but also presents a theory foundation and method for perfecting the camion maintain system.

本文对军用车辆维修保障能力评估的方法论进行了深入研究，在理论上通过对军事装备维修理论及战略特性的深入剖析，结合现有系统工程评估理论、评估方法的特点，分析解决了应用单一模型评估装备维修能力问题的各种缺陷，就AHP法判断矩阵一致性判定，群策专家权重值的确认及多元评判模型的优化进行了研究和改进，形成了适应军事车辆维修保障能力评估应用的新算法--多元复合算法理论，对这一创新评价理论的科学性及评估可靠性进行了理论证明和算法应用；研究分析了建立军用汽车维修保障能力评估指标体系的原则和程序，并按照多元复合算法的理论，建立了车辆维修保障能力评估模型；应用层次分析法的原理，明确了各指标权重的算法，提出了宏观空间维修资源优化分配方案，优化了战区车辆装备维修能力资源空间，为某一具体车辆装备维修能力形成所需维修资源空间的优化提供了理论依据；本文的研究既为军用车辆装备维修保障能力评估提供了统一的衡量标准，也为军事装备维修保障系统的进一步完善提供了理论依据及方法手段。

These five years saw an increase in graduates from sports colleges,and student disposable employment rate in teaching profession declined.The highest rate of sports majors in secondary and higher schools ranks like follows:Sports Education,Social Physical Cultural and Ethnic Traditional Sports;2.Employing units have unsatisfied evaluation on professional dedication in the process of evaluating morality of gradates from our university;also not satisfied with the fact that these graduates are not strict with themselves and be models for students,indicating that there being needs and room left for strengthening and improving students' ideological quality.3.Employing units' evaluations on knowledge structure of graduates from our college:an unanimous affirm of the solid professional skills,and professional skills should not be neglected but strengthened and it needs improvement and creativity;there is polarization in using computers,so we need to think about how to teach computer courses in future teaching process;units are not very satisfied with graduates' foreign language proficiency,the university should lay emphasis on this.4.Employing units' evaluations on graduates ranging from strong to weak:dissatisfaction on organizing and management ability,conducting teaching and training and solving emergent events,and also on demonstrating and explaining and scientific research,to be specific, gradates' acts and skills are not standard,their explanatiens don't seize the key points, demonstrating and explaining ability of athletic training majors are better than that of other majors,and the overall scientific research ability of our graduates are not high enough to meet the employing units' demands and there is still a gap between them.5.Graduate needs from the grass-roots level unitsThe most welcome sport of the grass-roots level includes football,basketball,track and field and aerobics;basic requirements for middle school in new era PE teachers in include finn professional skills,proficiency of computer and foreign language,profound knowledge of humanities and arts and relevant knowledge comprehensive quality of new era teachers is the guarantee whether quality-oriented education of middle schools can be undergone.

从事教学工作专业由高到低依次为：体育教育、运动训练、社会体育和民族传统体育。2用人单位对我院毕业生道德品质方面的评价的总体评价是较好的，其中对敬业精神的评价存在不满意的现象；严于律己，为人师表方面存在不满意的现象，说明对学生思想素质的培养方面仍有加强和提高的空间与必要。3用人单位对我院毕业生知识结构的评价为：毕业生的专业基础掌握比较好，得到了用人单位的一致肯定，学院对毕业生专业基础知识的教育不能掉以轻心，需再接再厉，不断创新；计算机的学习上出现了两级分化，所以在今后的教学过程中，对计算机知识这门课如何开展是我们需要解决的实际问题；外语知识的掌握满意度不是很高，需要学校方面引起一定重视。4用人单位对我院毕业生能力的评价：对组织管理能力，指导教学与训练能力和突发事件处理能力比较满意，然而在示范与讲解能力和科研能力上存在着不满意的现象，主要表现在动作技能不规范，讲解抓不住关键要素，通过调查显示往往运动训练专业毕业的学生在示范讲解这方面要好于其他专业，科研能力整体评价不算很高，与用人单位的需求存在一定的差距。5基层对毕业生的需求对专项的需求足球、篮球、田径、健美操是基层中学较受欢迎的项目；新世纪具备综合素质的教师受到用人单位欢迎，这是素质教育能否有效开展的保证，也是体育教师开展体育创新教学工作的基础。

The aptitude and career interest were considered as the two dimension of the entrance guide system, and was proof-tested by the structural equation model, which results supported this two-dimension hypothesis. Accordingly, there were two parts in the guide system. One part was about the aptitude test, consisted of seven subtests: verbal reasoning, spatial imagining, mathematic reasoning, computer capacity, abstract reasoning, physical knowledge, and sentence recomposing. The other part was about the career interest test, including eight aspects: career longing, curriculum desire, entertainment after school, activity preference, job preference, work environment preference, self-estimate of one\'s abilities, and discuss future with someone else. After three times modification and testing, the psychometric indices of the guide system were become well and stable. Furthermore, the guide system was primarily launched into applying, with four typical case studies, the practicability and serviceability of the guide system was showed swiftly.The entrance guide system for junior high school students that was developed in this research was one-upping in the entrance guide field in China.

第二阶段是初中生升学指导系统的研制阶段，以能力倾向与生涯兴趣这二元因素作为初中生升学指导系统的基本架构，经验证性因素分析表明该二元架构是合理并可接受的；其中能力倾向部分共包含语言推理、空间想象、数学推理、电脑能力、抽象推理、物理知识、语句重组等七个分测验，生涯兴趣部分则包含生涯梦想、课程兴趣、课余爱好、活动偏好、工作内容喜好、工作场所喜好、能力自评、与他人讨论未来等八个方面；通过三次修改与测试，结果显示所研制的初中生升学指导系统有着良好的测量学指标；此外，通过对初中生升学指导系统的初步应用研究，并结合典型个案的深入剖析，进一步表明所研制的初中生升学指导系统具有实用性、操作性强的特点，所得结果也可靠可信。

通过时间对比分析，得出不同土壤利用方式下土壤养分保持能力和土壤退化的变化趋势，提出运用土壤指纹电荷方法对某一研究区域的土壤养分保持能力进行研究，可以减少研究区土壤的破坏程度，只要前期充分展开相关指纹电荷工作研究，制作图谱，后期研究则只需取少量土壤测定土壤pH值后查询前期土壤指纹电荷图谱即可得出某时段内土壤养分保持能力的变化趋势：通过对重庆南平镇石庆村人为生态恢复区不同土壤利用方式下前后一年土壤样品的分析，得出退耕后撂荒草地土壤的各项养分保持指标含量增长最快，对恢复土壤退化程度最为有利，其次是杉树林和樟树林；而从人为生态恢复的各种利用方式来看，花椒林土壤的养分保持能力最好，土壤退化恢复的程度最快，其次是金银花和桃林。
