1 Party B should promptly pay the rent, deposit and other charges as set out in Clauses 6, 7 and 8 of this Agreement. Non-payment of these charges within the defined time set in the relevant paragraph may constitute a breach of this agreement, except for the Force Majeure events described inParagraph 17, and if the property becomes untenantable due to structural or maintenance problems.
