To identify whether our previous founding were exist in the series of our newly established cell cultures with the same genetic background and different metastatic potentials, and to make clear what are congenerous and various traits in the chromosomal or DMA sequence levels between these cells, in this study, a combination of conventional G-banding, comparative genomic hybridization, multiplex fluorescence in situ hybridization and arm or locus-specific fluorescence in situ hybridization were used to comprehensively characterize molecular cytogenetics aberrations of the above cell cultures.

为查明我所新建立的这些具有同一遗传背景而又在肝癌的转移潜能上存在明显差异的细胞是否也具有8p的缺失，并弄清它们在其它染色体及其区段的DNA水平上有着怎样的相似和不同，这些相似与不同又有着怎样的意义，本课题联合应用G显带技术、比较基因组杂交技术、多重荧光原位杂交技术和位点或臂特异荧光原位杂交技术，对上述细胞进行细胞及分子遗传学研究，以期了解其分子细胞遗传学异常的特征、找出转移相关的遗传学标记，为探讨肝癌转移机制提供材料。

objective:our aim is to investigate the relationship of vegf c,vegf d and lymph node metastasis in pancreatic cancer,and to elucidate the role and significance of the cancerous peripheral lymphatic tissue.methods: the expression of vegf c and vegf d was assayed by means of immunohistochemistry in 30 pancreatic carcinomas.results:the positive rates of vegf c、vegf d were 73%(22/30)、57%(17/30) respectively in pancreatic cancer.the expression of vegf c、 vegf d in cancerous invasive edge was significantly higher than that in the center of cancerous tissues.there was no correlation between the expression of vegf c、vegf dand the site,differentiation,histology types.

目的：探讨胰腺癌中vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达与淋巴结转移之间的相关关系，阐明癌周淋巴管增生在胰腺癌淋巴转移中的作用及意义。方法：免疫组化检测30例胰腺癌组织中vegf c、vegf d的表达及其与临床病理、淋巴结转移的关系。结果：胰腺癌vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达阳性率分别为73%(22/30)、57%（17/30），肿瘤周边部位显著高于肿瘤中心部位，其表达与肿瘤的部位、分化程度、组织学类型无关，与肿瘤的tnm分期有关，ⅲ~ⅳ期显著高于ⅰ~ⅱ期。

Methods: 76 patients with colorectal cancer were collected in our department. They were divided into two groups, patients with metastases(MCRC,N=51) and patients after eradicative operation(non-metastasis group, NM,N=25).Serum markers of VEGF, OPN, CA19-9 and CEA were detected in all the included patients,and then to analyze the diagnostic value of the serum markers in detection of metastases.

测定76例结直肠癌患者（其中51例为转移性结直肠癌，25例为术后无转移者）血清中的VEGF、OPN和CA19-9及CEA水平，分析这些指标诊断结直肠癌转移的临床意义。

结果 原发性肺癌未手术组和行根治术组，无论是远处转移或肺门转移，其PGI2/TXA2比值均明显低于肺癌无转移患者，P＜0.05。

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

我们总共研究了350例肿瘤：136例ES，其中包括64例寻常型ES、64例近端型ES和8例混有前两型特征的混合型ES；54例转移癌（22例来自肺、6例来自乳腺、6例来自胃、5例来自结直肠、5例来着肾、5例来着前列腺、5例来着胰腺）；12例转移性睾丸胚胎性癌；20例转移性黑色素瘤；20例上皮样间皮瘤；20例上皮样血管肉瘤；10例上皮样血管内皮瘤；24例上皮样恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤；22例软组织的肌上皮癌；7例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤；5例组织细胞肉瘤；10例作为对照的婴幼儿MRT（4例位于脑、3例位于肝、2例位于软组织、1例位于肾）。

Results The weight of tumor was reduced and the inhibitory rate of tumor weight was 36.83% in group B (P.05 compared with group A); incidence of metastatic carcinoma of lung was 100% in group A and metastatic nodules of lung were decreased in groups B and C (P.05 or P.01 compared with group A); lymph node weight in homolateral popliteal fossa and iliac periartery was lighter in group B and C than that of group A (P.05); life-span prolongation rate was 37.77% and 36.77% in groups B and C respectively and survival time did not differ much from that of group A.

结果］髓清丸低剂量组的瘤质量较模型组减少(P.05)，抑瘤率达到36.83%；模型组肺部转移率达100%，髓清丸高、低剂量组的肺部转移结节均较模型组减少，转移率较模型组低（P.05或P.01）；髓清丸高、低剂量组同侧窝、髂动脉旁淋巴结质量均较模型组减小(P.05)；髓清丸高、低剂量组小鼠生命延长率分别为37.77%、36.77%，但生存时间与模型组比较未见显著性差异。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it.
