For intramolecular electron transfer reactions in solution,the fluctuations of the intramolecular vibrational modes are much faster than that of solvent mode.Thus,the reaction-diffusion equation is commonly used to describe the motion of solvent,with a sink function to treat the vibrational high-frequency mode.Based on this theory-so -called the Sumi-Marcus theory,we proposed an imaginary-time split operator approach to solve the reaction-diffusion equation.The approach is applied to evaluate the intermolecular ET rate between oxazine 1 and N,N-dimethlaniline.By measuring the two average survival times of the donor state probability and the rate constant in long time limit,the full kinetics of the ET is revealed with a variety of sink functions.

对于扩散控制的溶液中的电子转移反应，分子内振动模的运动比溶剂运动快很多，Sumi-Marcus理论提出用反应扩散方程(reaction-diffusion equation)处理溶剂的扩散运动，而分子内的振动用sink函数来表示，我们基于此理论发展了用虚时间分裂算符的方法(imaginary-time Split operator approach)解反应扩散方程，并将其应用于嗪1(oxazine 1，OX1)和N，N-二甲基苯胺分子之间的电子转移反应，Sink函数采用几种不同的微扰表达式，通过计算得到给体几率衰减的两种平均速率和长时间极限下的速率常数，揭示了该体系电子转移过程中的一些动力学性质。

The effect factors model of library knowledge transfer mainly adopts analytic hierarchy process, analyzes the interaction factor of the main factors that affect the library knowledge transfer, and constructs the paired comparison matrix. Methods Surgical specimens/cell suspensions wore transplanted into the various tissues of BALB/c node mice (subcutis, cellular orthotopic injection into renal capsule, perinephrium, surgical orthotopic implantation into renal capsule). Pyronine B adheres to on the surface of CdS and prevents CdS aggregating, which leads to the decrease of fluorescence quantum yield of CdS. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer happens from CdS to Rhodamine B, Butyl rhodamine B and Rhodamine 6G, respectively. There is a higher FRET efficiency between CdS and Neutral red with the value being 0.282. Moreover, coupling reaction between -NH_2 of Neutral red and -COOH of CdS -TGA leads to red shift of CdS fluorescence spectrum. The reaction also occurs between Safranine T and CdS. At the same time, the Fluorescence of ST is quenched by forming ST -CdS ground state complex. Chapter 6, CdS QDs modified by chitosan and polyethyleneimine can be quenched by Cu~(2+). According to the experimental result, we develop the novel sensor for Cu~(2+).

研究结果，吡啰红与CdS之间作用形式是染料聚集在CdS的表面使得CdS不易聚集，但同时也降低了CdS的发光的量子效率；罗丹明B、罗丹明6G、丁基罗丹明B均与CdS之间存在能量转移，位阻效应使得能量转移效率最高的BRhB的相对荧光强度增大最小；中性红与CdS的能量转移效率更高，同时推测可能使CdS-TGA上的-COOH与部分NR的-NH_2发生偶联导致粒子变大而发生荧光光谱的红移；番红花红与CdS是相互荧光猝灭，可能是ST的-NH_2与CdS-TGA上的-COOH发生偶联使得纳米粒子变大以及二者形成基态复合物的共同作用的影响。
