Aldrin at concentrations higher than 40 μg/L decreased life expectancy at birth of F1 generation of the cladoceran, that at 20 μg/L and 80-640 μg/L decreased net reproduction rate, that at 320 and 640 μg/L shortened generation time, and that at all the concentrations decreased intrinsic rate of population increase. Aldrin at 160-640 μg/L shortened life expectancy at birth and generation time of F2 generation of the cladoceran, that at 160 and 640 μg/L decreased net reproduction rate, but that at all the concentrations except for 40 and 320 μg/L increased intrinsic rate of population increase.

浓度高于40μg/L的艾氏剂使多刺裸腹溞F1代的生命期望显著缩短，20μg/L和80~640μg/L的艾试剂使F1代的净生殖率显著降低，320μg/L和640μg/L的艾氏剂使F1代的世代时间显著缩短，所有浓度的艾试剂均使F1代的种群内禀增长率显著降低。160~640μg/L的艾氏剂使多刺裸腹溞F2代的生命期望和世代时间显著缩短，160μg/L和640μg/L的艾氏剂使F2代的净生殖率显著降低；除40和320μg/L外，所有浓度的艾试剂均显著提高了F2代的种群内禀增长率。

Methods In a mountainous endemic region of schistosomiasis in Yunnan Province, random samples of the villagers aged 10 - 70 years from three natural villages were examined by using the modified Kato-Katz's quantitative thick smear technique for parasitological stool examination, and the sera from the villagers were tested with the kits of DDIA, ELISA and COPT for immune examination respectively.

方法在云南省大山区型血吸虫病流行区，选择3个自然村作为调查现场，随机抽取10-70岁的村民作为调查对象，进行血吸虫病病史个案调查；收集粪便标本，采用改良 Kato-Katz法(1送3检)作病原学检查；静脉采血，分离血清，分别采用DDIA诊断试剂盒、酶联免疫吸附试验诊断试剂盒和环卵沉淀试验诊断试剂盒进行血吸虫病免疫学诊断。

Based on the previous literatures, the following major innovation works were carried out in this dissertation:(1) The derivatization reaction conditions of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine with sensitive derivation reagent in aqueous system were studied and two new methods were developed for the assay of them by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography and micellar electrokinetic chromatography with LIF detection. The sensitivity and analysis times were greatly improved compared with the previous reports;(2) A new method of CZE with indirect LIF detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of six coumarin compounds (esculin, esculetin, isofraxidin, genistein, naringin and sophoricoside) with fluorescein as the probe. The proposed method enlarges the application range of LIF detector, and provides new approach for the analysis of certain compounds difficult to derivatize;(3) Based on the above research, an MEKC with indirect LIF detection method for the simultaneous determination of adenine and guanine in DNA extracts from fungus, maize and soybean was established;(4) A new method for the investigation of the complexes formed between human serum albumin and ampicillin sodium under the simulated physiology conditions using laser light scattering technique was developed.

该论文在综述前人工作的基础上，开展了如下未见文献报道的创新性的研究工作：(1)使用灵敏的衍生试剂对麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱在水体系中的衍生反应条件进行了系统研究，建立了微乳电动色谱-激光诱导荧光检测法和胶束电动色谱—激光诱导荧光检测法测定麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的灵敏分析新方法，与以前的报道相比，灵敏度和分析时间均有很大改善；(2)使用荧光素钠作为背景荧光试剂，建立了同时分析测定六种黄酮类化合物(秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、异秦皮定、染料木素、柚皮苷和槐角苷)的毛细管区带电泳—间接激光诱导荧光检测新方法，扩大了激光诱导荧光检测的应用范围，对难衍生化合物的分离分析提供了一种新思路和新途径；(3)以荧光素钠作为背景荧光试剂，建立了一种用于同时测定食品提取DNA中的腺嘌呤和鸟嘌呤含量的胶束电动色谱—间接激光诱导荧光检测新方法；(4)用动态和静态激光散射法研究了模拟生理条件下人血清白蛋白与氨比西林钠盐相互作用所形成的复合物，为药物分子与蛋白质的相互作用、药代动力学等的研究提供了一种新思路。

Methods: samples for evaluation were 50 anti hcv serum plates for clinical scientific research from the clinical testing center of the state ministry of health. the samples underwent blind screening by fast reagent method, china made elisa kit and imported elisa kit, respectively. using the anti hcv positive and negative serum plates from clinical testing center of the state ministry of health as the golden criteria, the validity and reliability were tested with four fold table and the cut off of elisa was reasonably evaluated.

以卫生部临床检验中心抗 hcv临床科研血清盘标本50 份为评价标本，分别用快速试剂法，国产elisa试剂及进口elisa试剂对评价标本作盲法检测，以卫生部临床检验中心血清盘标本所提供的阴性和阳性结果为金标准，用四格表法计算出评价真实性及可靠性指标，并对elisa 法的cut off值的合理性进行评价。
