Each partyagrees to indemnify,and hold harmless the other party,and its respective officers,directors,agents,servants,employees,agents,and representatives from and against all demands,suits,claims,causes of action,cost,expenses and damages(including court costs and attorneys' fees)arising under this aggrement for personal injury or death,or any loss or damage to property excluding the property of the parties and their affiliates,sustained by any third party to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the indemnitor.
